My wife was in an automobile accident and in intensive care. I called the University Park Hotel @ MIT hotel 9 days in advance to cancel the reservation. I was informed that the reservation could not be cancelled and that the credit card had already been billed. Consumers should be aware of the cancellation policy. We recently flew it Italy via Euro Fly. Our departure was supposed to leave @ 4:45 pm on 07-28-06. We started boarding at 7:00 pm, taxied to the runway at 7:30 pm. There were about 15-20 airplanes waiting on the runways for takeoff before us........we didn't leave until 9:00 pm. So we sat on the airplane for two hours. But when it's time to arrange a stay, they are non-responsive, they ID your incoming phone calls, and then do not answer your calls. The secretary takes messages, but no one calls us back. I've requested a return of funds; they've denied the request. Customer satisfaction is apparently not a priority. The membership is very expensive and I believe I would never get my money's worth nor save on travel expenses.
