My daughter bought a Yorkie puppy from these people. They claimed that she was 10 weeks old, after falling ill 1 week after she got her...The vet under further investigation found out that she was only 4-6 weeks old. Not old enough to be taken away from her mother. She might not make it, and this breeder after investigating a little further these people are selling tons of puppies on all different kinds of classified websites. They are now being extremely rude and will not meet with us at all or take our calls. Their billing system is the worse system I ever seen. I had two blood test in one of the Quest lab and my insurrance paid their fees but they keep sending me the bills.
Their customer service is so stupid they can even fix their systems. so they keep sending the claim to different collection agency. Then when I provide the EOB and the copy of the payment to collection agency, they close the case.
few month later, same story again as their billing system keeps generating these bills!!!

Called for some additional information from their customer service and the guy was SOOOO rude I was compelled to write this complaint. I wrote the company email to complain and the very same rude guy writes me back and carries the same "I don't care" attitude. This was the WORST customer service experience I have ever come across. I was looking to apply for a student loan and decided to call to do the application because I had a few questions. Purchased vehicle one month ago from A&G. Not 12 hrs into owning, the transmission gave me major problems. They said they would take care of it and to go ahead and get it checked at my local Volvo dealership, but just to call Brenda Cohoon first before completing work so she could ok and pay for the work that was done.

Having been a timeshare owner at Ocean Beach Club in Virginia Beach, Virginia since 2006, I have had nothing but problems in dealing with the Owners Club. I have recently been informed that my 2011 week has been forfeited due to a late payment of a maintenance fee. I paid the fee and all attendant late fees within a month of being due and am now being told that I have lost the week. Every single time I call them, it is only for one reason, to change the date of my pmt from one to the next, and not forcing myself to be delinquint at all. it actually seems like its in their training to be defensive, which blows my mind considiering for a year now, I have never been delinquint, and my account is current, allways has been. My calls are like adjusting a pmt from the 8th to the 13th, or the 22nd to the 29th, and I have, and still offer the whole time automatic withdrawl from my bank acct, thats why I need to call. Enterprise Rent a Car division at 5005 Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA is a scam. I recently rented a car from them and while inspecting the car I came across a small dent. Assurant renter's insurance is a scam! I was required by the apartment complex I was in for 10 months to have renter's insurance. I was recommended these clowns at Assurant. I tried canceling the policy once I moved out of the apartments and they told me it would be 3-5 business days. The Colorado Department of Revenue makes it virtually impossible to reach them either by phone or the Internet if you have questions regarding your refund or taxes withheld. They will only take as many calls as will fill a 15 minute que. If you are not one of the lucky callers you are unable to hold and must continue to call back repeatedly just to get into the que. In my situation myself and my CPA have been calling virtually every day for the past 90 days and cannot even get in the calling que to hold.

I made a reservation and needed to cancel. I called for four days and e-mailed twice with no response from the company. I called the parent company, Expedia and they refused to cancel but gave me the phone number for Travelscape (702) 938-2100 which has limited business hours. After another several phone calls I got through and was able to cancel but got ripped off for part of the refund. I guess that it really depends on who is helping you in the store. I have bought items from them once in the past with no problem. I just had an employee try to sell me a 1965 Churchill Crown as an troy ounce silver coin. 1965 Churchill Crowns are made of a copper/nickel alloy. Lying over a $28 purchase. I asked him again about the coin's silver content and he stuck to his lie. Its petty and sad really. Some of their jewelry and watches look very suspect as well but you can take a risk if you want.

We received our new PN59D8000 on March 29th. First off, we had a problem with the bluetooth components on the TV and had it repaired by Samsung technicians on 4/11. Geico should never use this company again.. I had nothing but problems taking the insurance 6 hour stupid course. The short sentence that I had to type for authorization of myself never worked.. Well my experience in tres vino was awful. We went to celebrate a birthday party, maybe around 30 people. We spend around a thousand dollars, and an employee asked us to move from the table as we are still eating, very rude. The food is bad, expensive. So we're get up from the table, go to the other side of the restaurant and sit down at another table and another employee told us we have to move, again, because that tables costs $300 to sit there, when we spent more than enough money. This company called claiming to be our copier company. They stated that the cost of our toner was going up and they would sell us a case at the "old" price. They mailed one toner cartridge and invoiced us $587. I thought this was for the case and paid the invoice. A couple of days later they called and said they were getting ready to send out another cartridge and that they would invoice us. That's when I knew something was up. My son's 2010 Subaru WRX was towed because he parked in a tenants space in an apartment complex. When Roger's Towing arrived, the driver/operator placed the lifting mechanism too close to the cars front wheelwell and damaged both sides when he raised the lifting mechanism.
