Beware of buying items from levis.com and then trying to return them to the store... I bought 4 pairs of jeans from the website and 3 didn't fit right. Per the rules on the company's own website, I could return the jeans to a physical store for credit to my credit card. So, I returned them to the store at my local mall. This is an unethical and incompetent cleaner. I had a wool suit coat destroyed by this business and the owner ("Karen") rudely denied any liability. When I told her I disovered the damage after removing the jacket from my closet and no longer had the receipt she refused to accept responsibility saying, "I have a copy of the receipt in my records but you need to bring it or you get nothing." Room booking failed to be put thorough. I only discovered this when I mentioned to a friend to book the same hotel and he discovered they had no record of my booking. Laterooms.com advertise rate parity also for all their hotels. I am being charged 10 GBP more by booking through them than the rate advertised on the hotel site. I ordered a dvd by credit card. They say they sent it but they only can substantiate that it was sent to the Post Office in Oakland, Calif., not that it ever reached my address. My send to address is my office so someone is always available to sign for items but they do not indicate to me that they get signatures for delivery. I was given a price of $380.00 for one pair of single vision and one pair of progressive bifocals including exam. They refused to give me the price for just one pair of either kind. After asking 3 times with no answer I asked for a copy of my prescription. I was told because I wasted so much time "Hemming and hawing" the doctor was gone and could not sign it. This company never calls the repair company. They leave it for you to deal with. They could care less how long you sit without service. They won't cover what you believe is covered under your policy. They'll offer you different options of coverage such as paying disposal fees for hot water heaters or covering only the cost of the hot water heater and sending you a reimbursement check within 2 weeks - you pay for installation. I had Imagistone countertop resurfacing done on my kitchen countertops and have to say I am not pleased with the results. They spray a kind of a plastic coating over your existing countertops and it is supposed to look like granite. The finish is not smooth but is grainy and it is hard to get most stains out. I think it must be porous or something because you really have to scrub to get it clean. This company installed the tile floor in the kitchen an bathroom of an older home my husband & I purchased in late April, 2008.
