I have automatic payments scheduled to Sears Mastercard to avoid late fees and hassles in general. Apparently, Sears is going directly after folks like me. My May bill was due 6-05-2008. My child attends La Petite in SC now (not for long) and I constatly have problems with them. This week they had not fed my child for 9 hrs!! he is only 8 months old! I put my prescription in on 12/14/06 in order to get 2006 rates on my insurance. Today is 1/9/07 and I still have not received it. I have had several people on the phone tell me it is in processing and it is on the way and I still am without my insulin. Because I have called so often Walgreen's has grown tired of my telephone calls and has put the fault on me. My insurance company will not do anything because they say Walgreen's is at fault. I had a new lobster boat built and took delivery of the vessel in December 2009. The Garmin system has not functioned correctly since day one. The boat builder and Garmin have been to my boat on several occasions but have failed to fix the problems. They have now fitted a larger autopilot pump but have connected it to the original hydraulic pipes. These have a working pressure of 625 psi and the new pump has a working pressure of 900 psi. Don't use Luna for flooring. The sub-contractors that came were terrible, they layed the wood flooring in the wrong direction, directly in contrast to what the installation instructions dictate. I had bought this oven in 2005. Day before yesterday, flames started coming out from the rear of the oven. When ewe complained, the service engineer said he can attend the complaint only on a Tuesday. This is really bad that a reputed company oven goes bad in such a short duration and the service engineer takes so long to attend it. This company is fraudulent! I was contacted by someone who expressed a KEEN interest in an item I was selling on craigslist. Before even seeing the item (a wheelchair lift) or haggling on the price they had this fake shipping company contact me to pick up the lift. The "buyer" agrees to make their payment to Paypal saying that Paypal would then pass the funds along to me within a few days. They have made multiple and continuing errors in filing my billing claims (I am a psychologist). Some claims are paid, many are not. When I call to try and straighten out problems, my call is sent to a foreign call center (various countries), with resulting difficulties in mutual language comprehension plus the foreign service reps are not able to take any questions that aren't on their "menu". I don't think it should be legal for a healthcare insurance company to use a foreign call center because of the complex nature of questions to be understand and addressed.
