Avoid this place! I placed an order and got confirmation for shipping via USPS. Shipment never arrived and when I looked it up on the USPS website it said only the "info" TO ship was received. I bought a diamond ring 2 days before Christmas for about $2500. I going to put it on my credit card but was sold their 90 day same as cash credit card deal. Approval took about 5 minutes as my credit is excellent. I paid off $1000 in January. $1000 in Febuary. And the ballance in March. With that apyment schedule I received a late payment penalty of $39 on a minimum payment due of $37 and a negative credit report. I purchased Empire Floors for hardwood and carpet for my home. Worthless instrument, extremely poor customer service. This product was ordered by my senior citizen mother who truly thinks she has been scammed! The product was not what it claimed at all, the "cordless" drill gift with purchase had a power cord and the s/h was more than the product itself! The advertisement showed the user standing upright during the use of this product, but a person would have to be less than 4 feet tall to stand erect and use this auger. I feel in my opinion that I have been treated unfairly by USAA Federal Savings bank. Now for all most 2 years I have been a customer of theirs and at first they were wonderful. I went to Forest Hills hospital emergency room on 1/22/10 for an ear infection. The physician took my pulse and ask me a few questions about how I felt, then he prescribed me medicine which I purchased at a local pharmacy.
