I know that this is my fault, but I feel that I should let everybody else know so that they do not fall for the same deal. In the lease that we have all signed to live in these "Luxury Apartments" it states that you must give a 60-day notice to move out. This is double to industry standard of 30-day notice. The Heritage is nice enough though to send out some nice reminders that your lease is going to run out and that you either need to renew, or give your notice. Re: woodstoves including Summers Heat, Englander, and timberidge. these are sold by Lowes as well as other distributors. We purchased our woodstove through Lowes in 8/05. I paid this company $351 in July 2008 to market my timeshare on Nantucket Island. I was told by the salesman (Mr. Karl Criddle) that he could guarantee the sale of the timeshare within 90 days due to is location and popularity. I have not received one phone call or update from this company since they took my money and they have not returned one phone call requesting a status of the timeshare and if any offers have been received. I believe this company is practicing very deceitful tactics in order to get consumer's money. I too have been plagued by calls from Asset. Roderick and others have left messages on the answering machine. Row44 is the worst internet service imaginable. I was on a flight and tried it -- fought it for three hours is more like it -- because Row44 kept disconnecting. It would barely load one page without disconnecting. So I would have to reconnect. And reconnect. Maybe it works best if you're actually seated in Row 44. Well I have only had Safeguard in my home now for two months... so far so good. The main reason why I went with this company was because of my father's recommendation. He has had them now for over three years and says he is satisfied. I also like the fact that they have a 45 second guaranteed response and a $500 deductible guarantee. I was given a quote of $50 to have a locksmith open my 1998 Ford Mercury Marque. The key was left in the ignition with the car running.
