How in the world is it possible for someone to steal a traveler's digital camera from their baggage? This camera was a Christmas present from us to our son. I booked a parcel for USA from Mumbai post office located at Powai IIT by EMS. My tracking number is EMO88992820IN and date of booking is 12/12/09. Every time I try to track the status, a message comes: details not available. When I booked the parcel, I was told that it takes 5 working days to deliver. This has easily been the worst experience I have had as a consumer. I had the misfortune of trusting this company and rented a house for 1 year @1300 per month. The security deposit was also 1300.
