I just received a bill from Dressbarn for 122.62. To my knowledge I paid this account in full within 30 days of my last purchase. The bill I received stated that I owed 100. and that I was being charged a late fee of 20. plus the interest on the balance. I attempted to access my account online to find out what was going on. The area of the site where you can click to access your credit card account would not open. To pay over the phone, if I in fact owe anything cost 10. My wife likes their clothing and we have spend over 2000. there in the last six months. I will never patronize this store again. read full review »

I was contacted about 8 months ago by Vacation Marketing in Bartlett Tn. It was a way to sell my timeshare(much needed). They said they did virtual face to face tours and it was a safe way to sell. I gave them a refundable fee(if it didnt sell then I got a full refund in one year), and with in 4 months I had an offer above my garunteed price! It really was a simple as they said. Went to their website which I did check the name and there was no information on the site so I took that as they were ok. Well $168.00 later and no product. No valid information on the website because it has been taken down but you can reach their other items through uggsonly.com and at the bottom of their home page there are all of their sites. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! BEWARE this is a bogus company. I would just like to thank Dave H from American Home Mortgage in Powell, OH for giving me a loan I could not afford. I will certainly take the responsibility for being dumb enough to sign for it. Dave told me that my mortgage payment + taxes and insurance would only be $700-$800/mo. but once we got to the closing table we found out it would be more like $900-$1000/mo. I should have backed out right there, but I was too scared so I just went with it.

I applied for a payday loan and was subsequently charged $99.95 withdrawn from my checking account 11/19/10 as an ACH Payment as it was assumed I authorized this. I did not join Service Members, Inc.(have had issues with your company before) and want this monies deposited into my account immediately. If you have my checking information(which is scarry and unprofessional, highly illegal)to withdraw the money, then you have the account number which by to redeposit immediately.

Idea cellular is deducting money from my account without my concern and also i am being charge for ni pack which i am not suppose to after i make calls after 2300hrs as per their scheme what i feel is they are extracting money from consumer by delaying their watches and saying that the calls i made were not after 2300hrs.
2. They are activating and deactivating the packages of their own without my concern which is wrong. And something is to be done about it

Purchased the Easy Curves exerciser which came with monthly supplies of vitamins. I have emailed them at the time of the first refill and cancelled the autoshipment. And sent back the vitamins to get the refund. They claim they have not received it and I need to prove that it was returned. Why? I purchased a massage chair from pcfetch for $1400 that was advertised on EBay as having a 5 year warranty. After about 1 year, the item developed problems, and I found some metal and plastic parts under the chair. Ticket Bought for flight Jakarta-Singapore on 12 July 2009 schedule to be departed on 17.05 pm. Check-in are being done manually in Jakarta. When going for boarding, the Gate not open yet, and being informed there will be delay at about 20.30 pm. But there also, 2 flight before are being delay without confirmation. My friend had sent me a parcel containing items worth 500 USD via USPS from Austin, Texas on June 18th and I kept following up with singpost so as when the parcel will arrive. I was caught by surprise when they told me on 1st of july that the parcel has been delivered on 26th of June. But I never recieved the parcel. After investigation, which took a few more days I found that the parcel had been delivered to a logistics company who inturn sent it to Indonesia!!!

Ordering from this company was a HUGE mistake. We placed two separate orders with FiguraFashion.com and both orders were botched. On the first order (for many sarees for our Sangeet), they decided to send us their own interpretation of our order, ignoring the calls and emails we sent them with EXACT instructions. After we received these incorrect sarees we complained to them and they offered to send the correct order in time for our party. It was a lie: it never even shipped.

Purchased a HD TV set with a $500 gas card offer back in August. Actually, they convinced me to purchase 2 tv sets because of the $500 rebate each.
I have received only 1 $25 card even though I have submitted my monthly receipts of $100 min. as required.
I have called too many times to mention. I am put on hold and no one ever comes on the line. I called Linder's Furniture and they seem to think that it's only a computer problem and that I will begin getting my $25 a month soon.

I received a little notice from Target National Bank informing me that they were going to raise my rate to 18.9. It has been 15.9. Now this may not seem like much but it is for no reason at all. I have always paid on time... never ever late. I have always paid over the minimum. I am writing this to inform others to check their interest rates. I have written them a letter opting out of their new rate and closing my account. They say the lowest unique bidder will win the item that which anyone is bidding on. but instead of letting the user be able to input the unique bid, they say that the system automatically will pick the next unique number and bid it for you. So that means everyone's bid is unique but the only one person who should actually win would be the very first person who bids .01 cents.
