Worst Service ever. Bought a E61i on January 09th and since then, me and my daughter constantly calling them and kept getting hung up without any responses from them. They have no idea where the order is at. First of all, when we call during the early central hours, we get notified to call at a later time, and then when i am at work my daughter calls, she gets information to call earlier, because the customer service left. We have filled a case with the State of New York Office of the Attorney General, Mrs. Penelope Lerner with the case number 2009-985445 and just praying for the best to get our money back. This is the first time I have ever done this!! I am upset at the blatant fraud Liquiboost is doing to people. However, the worst part of the whole scam is what their website did to my computer when I opened it. MY COMPUTER WOULD NOT LET ME OFF THEIR WEBSITE UNLESS I AGREED TO ORDER THE FREE SAMPLE! I had to completely shut down my computer (turned off completely) and then re-booted it.

I am being charge $19.95 on my credit card withy First Premier credit card and have no ideal why. the only thing on my cards bill si IW/Living Lean Las Vegas. How do I get this taken off my card since there is no telephone No.

9 years ago i bought an expensive vacuum from rainbow. When i was buying it i was told that the guarantee is almost life. It started working badly recently and when i went to the business to find out whats wrong they asked me to pay $650 to get it fixed because the motor broken. I said that i don't have that kind of money. I come home and the owner calls me cursing at me, calling me names and telling me she is going to throw out my vacuum. In May 2008, I purchased a Craftsman riding mower. I am happy with my mower, that is not the issue. The issue is when I called the warrantee department one year later to report a problem and schedule my yearly free tune-up, I was told they no longer do that but I can get 10% off of that service. I argued the obvious issue of spending $330 to get receive 10% off. The whole reason for the extended warrantee for me was this free yearly tune up considering I don't know anything about engines. I ordered the Dish Top 100. Technician failed to complete set up leaving me unable to work the system that had several problems. Dish set up a time for a supervisor technician. A man arrived several hours later. He was not a supervisor but was a subcontrator who had not been advised by Dish as to the problem. He left. Dish called the next day to tell me it would definitely sent out a supervisor and he would arrive at my convenience which was 9AM. I tried to call digital vmail from the phone listing in my telephone provider, AT&T regarding charges that I did not authorize ( for voice mail).
I tried to call the number but the recording says that all lines are busy and that I should call again. I tried numerous times and different days and times but get the same recording.
I have not idea of where the company is located and don't have a secondary number or direct number to call for inquiring about my charges. In the meantime, I as still paying for the charges on my telphone bill. read full review »

We bought a leather sofa and loveseat set from the Pleasanton, CA store in December. It was a Christmas gift to the family. We paid $4000 and looked forward to our first new furniture in a long time. After getting a reasonable quote via email and bringing my car in (and them telling me it is in "great" condition), the greasy looking orange *** from the commercial quoted me $1, 000 less than the low end of the online quote.
I told him to eat a dcik and walked out.
I guess they are just waiting for people that are pressed to sell.
The woman's name who gave me the email quote was Ann. I bet she hates her life. I would. Everyone that works there knows they are working for a scam. Good luck sleeping at night losers. read full review »

We purchased Berg crib from USA baby in 11/06.
Our daughter was born in started sleeping in it in May 07. She slept in the crib for 7 months as a newborn. The crib is a convertible crib with a front gate that comes up and down. The gate broke one day from use and it falls/gets stuck and can come undone. We tried to repair it and it seems that the wood or pieces are warped. this company is unbelievable!! my 18 year old son got a fraudulant charge of $49.41 on his bank account.
after much searching, we finally were able to contact the company. the "first-time job" customer service rep
told my son that since it was all his account information, of course he HAD to be the person that ordered the

Hi pals, as u all I too one of the worst sufferers of this idiotic company and stupid Laura. My problem is with both the car as well as the service. Bangalore Tafe access is no less . They dont even bother to see the complaint even after u tell them 100 times. I went to a BP station to grab a drink today at around 1:30pm. the BP store is located on a island intercepted by Broadway and Union Ave in Brooklyn, NY 11206. its got a little self-serving store in it.

I opened a Care credit account last year 2005 to pay for dental work. The first 3 months I paid with no issues. Then the next statement I noticed a late fee. They had adjusted my due date. They did this 2 times. I called them the first time they stated they were going to take it off. NEVER DID> I called them again a few months later and they told me again I was late for the 2nd time. They are scamers and dont used Care credit. I closed my account and transfering the ballence to another card I can rely on. Wow and how do they stay in business. Their salesmen will lie directly to your face about the length of the contract. They will tell you there is no contract and that you can cancel at any time. When you do try and cancel, there is a contract and it is for 60 Months. If you want out of it, they will let you, but you have to pay 80% of the remaining balance. I was double charged by bp oil. Yes they resversed the charges after a couple of days but by then the dammage was done. the second time they put the charge through it caused me to be over drawn which caused a second item to bounce, costing me $76 in bank fees and now they tell me it will be 4-6 weeks before I get that money back. After asking 2 more times if they were sure that I could get the local channels in my viewing area, Lawton/Wichita Falls. I booked with the on 5 feb and they cancelled with my hotel on 22 april was i was booked for 27 may only I had to amend my booking i wouldnt have know it was cancelled. I've had this same experience with Amex twice within 6 months. I was with them since 1993 holding both the green standard card and the gold card. My Gold card had a line of credit of $23K with a balance of only $5K never a late payment. I cancelled the lousy green card in Fall 06. Last year in March 07, while travelling for an assignment, I used the Gold card to pay for a week-long hotel stay, but the payment for the next week's stay was rejected. A message appers on the display that it is leaking and to call for service. We called Samsung and they offered to repair, but we've only had it for a day and want a replacement.
