DO NOT USE HMS Home Warranty. We had (and still do) a problem with our blower within the furnace/AC. We have a high efficiency HVAC unit and the blower motor went out on September 12th. So..no A/C. Problem #1: We had signed up for DSL Internet Service in 2-09. AT&T agreed to give us a $50.00 rebate for the modem. We had to call them 3 times and wait 3 months for the rebate. I recently sold a truck on Ebay. The buyer contacted Continental Auto Movers to make the pick-up. The company called and scheduled a pick-up date of October 22-23(Thurs-Fri). No show on either day, so Friday evening I called. It took me 4 tried to get through to anyone. I don`t know how they get away with it but Morrisons treat their staff like 2nd class citizens especially the bosses. There are so many department managers supervisors etc who have stepped down because of the pressures and stress put on to them. I purchased a durabrand blender TSK-9368AP from Walmart and within a year the blades totally sheared. Easter Sunday I sat down to have myself a nice large milkshake (Bryers Ice Cream). I was almost finished with my milkshake. As I went to down the last bit in my cup something other that ice cream went into my mouth.
