When I first called xpress loan servicing to inquire about student loan consolidation, I spoke with a representative who was adamant that I needed to sign up immediately because the federal interest rates on student loans were due to increase at any moment. Two separate phone calls to verify that Wheels and Caps had the wheels that I needed so that I could purchase the other necessary parts. Gave credit card number and received confirmation number of the sale. Then "oops" we don't have these tires. Salesmen proceeded to hang up on me (wimp) which resulted in a call to the supervisor for an explanation of their poor customer service and to make sure that my credit card number number was destroyed and charge was not made. They call to tell me that I owe them for a "loan" that was taken out a year ago. First of all, they will not tell me anything. When you ask for their company address they immediately hang up. They want all my information, and then when I wouldn't give it to them, they start telling me exactly why they are calling me, I haven't even given them any information. We use this company and have pretty bad experience similar to others here. Not much damages little things but nothing very bad. my main concerns center around different movers coming to pick us up than supposed to. I was told it was there truck to pick up my luggage and no such services happened. Nationwide moving services is a broker with maybe 1 truck but that truck was not picked me up!! Paid my account account in full by Western Union Quick Collect on 4-2-10. I was advised at that time I would be faxed a receipt on Monday 4-5-10 clearing my account. I am happy to see people posting complaints about College Kitty Cattery Cindi Schroeder. We paid alot of money for a kitten with a runny eye and snotty nose. The kitten had a sneezing fit the minute we got in the car! Our vet said it was the herpes virus, and that cats can never get rid of the virus so the kitten will always be sick off and on through it's life. On January 4, 2010, while viewing my online banking statement, I noticed a charge for 19.95 from PASSPRT2FUN. I also had been scammed by a company called SAVEACE 5 days prior. I had never even heard of either company. I contacted my bank, Citizen's bank and told them of these unauthorized charges. I had to fill out an affidavit in order for my money to be credited back into my account. I have a service contract with Sears for my Amana 22 u ft. Fridge. It was not cooling. I called Sears and they sent out a technician after a week. He said the heat exchanger needed cleaning and was surprised that Sears had not cleaned this during their annual maintenance visit. He said it would now cool better. It never did. I then discovered after a week that the ice maker was frozen solid and the rest of the fridge was warmer than usual.
