I tried to order a birth certificate from them and I was charge $20.00 for the birth certificate and then I was supposed to get a link to finish the order. I have been using FedEx Kinko's for a project I started over 2 years ago. I have used them in 4 different metro areas and usually never had a problem, until this week at Fairview Heights, IL. There were actually two products I ordered from a fake article about saving money and getting your teeth white for only about $3.99. They recommend you order both Dazzle Smile Pro and Clean Whites from two different sites and use the two codes they give you to get the discount. I placed an order on October 13th for a t-shirt. I received an order confirmation that said I would be notified when my item shipped. It is now October 31st and I never heard anything else from them. I have sent two emails with no reply, and left two voicemails with no call back. Their voicemail box has recently been full. I would like to hear from anyone that has a ad in the Veriszon yellow pages and that had the ad renewed without your authorization when the publication of the yellow pages was assumed by Idearc. Idearc tells me that a letter was mailed to me in August of 2006 advising me that my ad would automatically renew unless I advised them otherwise. However, I never received that letter. Katie Grashel recently sold kittens to 2 breeders in Italy that will not be getting them. She had her cats and kittens taken away a few weeks ago from the humane society, called by the police. Her cats and kittens were all sick, her house smelled horribly like cat urine and the animal welfare people took all the animals away for good. I purchased the Montel Williams Healthmaster. I made great smoothies and soups about a dozen times. It is now leaking. Have just found out that I have been involved in a scam for several years. Worst part is the scam artist is a local utility supplier Nicor Solutions. Purchased product approximately 2004 (was supposed to save money because of softer water. DO NOT USE HMS Home Warranty. We had (and still do) a problem with our blower within the furnace/AC. We have a high efficiency HVAC unit and the blower motor went out on September 12th. So..no A/C. Problem #1: We had signed up for DSL Internet Service in 2-09. AT&T agreed to give us a $50.00 rebate for the modem. We had to call them 3 times and wait 3 months for the rebate. I recently sold a truck on Ebay. The buyer contacted Continental Auto Movers to make the pick-up. The company called and scheduled a pick-up date of October 22-23(Thurs-Fri).
