We hired the company Mcguire's to move furniture to Denver. They said they had to wait for a move from Denver to happen. It fell through, so they sat on our furniture for over 4 months waiting with many calls from us to get the job done. Meanwhile, the name of the company changed to Your Best Move. Finally fed up, we ask to have the furniture returned and they did, but without receiving the $750 we paid to have it moved. This company is a total scam and beware. read full review »

In my opinion, Smart Carpet sells a low quality product and does not stand behind their warranty. Below is an edited letter sent to the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey that explains the complaint. The rug in question is at this time still less than 1 year old. I strongly suggest that anybody who wants to improve their credit score NOT get a CFNA credit card. I know they are the credit company who provides cards for Firestone and Plaza Tire Service. I would guess there are other companies as well. Before applying for a card please make sure you ask if it is CFNA. The problem is this -- they do not report credit limits to the bureaus.
