I have been on Bidrack website. It is auction site where you buy bids and each time you bid the price goes up a penny a bid. I bought a set of new tires from a mail order company. I needed to have the tires mounted and balanced, so I took the vehicle to Sears Automotive. After I signed the paper work, I left and came back about 1.5 hours later to pick up my car. Hunter is the worst company ever. They were supposed to deliver my goods at 7 am and I was waiting for them. Instead, the movers showed up with my belongings at 8:30 pm, after the driver had been driving for 13 1/2 hours. Using Luxuryparlor.com may be the worst online buying experience I've ever had. Briefly: ordered 12/23; order shipped email 12/29; live chat conversation on 1/10 to find out where order was. It took half an hour to find out that the order had partially shipped that day; arrived 1/15 - 2 days later than promised; last item supposedly shipped 1/14 - have not received as of 1/23. On October 28th I ordered a full length black leather trench coat that LeatherIcon called the "Helina." They sent me what their website calls as the "Shaina." I called then to ask them to send the correct coat and they insisted that they sent what I ordered. They sent me pictures of what they sent but the pictures are of what it was that I did not order. I continually received pop-up boxes stating that my Anti-Virus software liscensce had expried and I needed to renew as soon as possible. I did some checking with the company that I purchased from and was told that was not the case at all, the computer is only two years old. Signed up for long distance last year for calling India for rate of 16 cents, at the present still charging me 16 cents, while on their web site, the rate for calling India is 13 cents. Call customer service to complained about this, and she told me they are still charging me the old rate when I signed up. Sold me two sick kittens which developed severe upper respiratory infections, one almost died. She required an emergency visit to my vet and was hospitalized. Kitten was then returned to the breeder.
