I took my father to this dentist office on Nov 12, 2010.This doctor Navid stated that he accepted my father's dental insurance and he was in network. Comes to find out that Navid never applied my father's dental insurance. Navid lied to us about being in network. Navid wanted to charge us $6055.20 for a lower denture and couple of extractions. I want to share very bad experience repairing my phone in this store. My phone screen went blank sometimes and the key not responding, the guy said that he changed the LCD screen and charge me SGD 55 for it. Strange but since it was working at that time, I just paid. Surely the problem come back again after sometimes and when you return to the store, they asked for another SGD 35 to change the keypad and said they no warranty as it has been more than 1 week??? For the 3rd month in a row, since getting a new bank and new credit card, Bill Matrix cannot accept my payment. They would have me believe it's the card. I use the card for online and in person purchases everything from departments stores to merchandise companies all the way in China and no one but Bill Matrix has trouble accepting my card. I agree these people are complete crooks. What they are doing is nothing short of imbezzlement and criminal in nature. To make it worse, they send their receipts and paperwork via US Mail. Bought a TomTOm 930T in June of 2010. Signed up online the day I bought it so there was record. 10 months later, the screen is BLACK. Called for warranty. They will not warranty it because the date of manufacture says it was out of warranty. If I can prove I bought it in June 2010, they will fix it. I told them I could show a credit card statement where I bought it from the store, but ti would not show the itemized products. Not good enough. In both cases, the Indian accent is so strong you can barely understand what they are saying. Rude, to say the least. Very unpleasant experience with these people. Be sure to have the salespeople put everything in writing. First, the mattress set was delayed for days. Then, when they finally did deliver it, it was not the same as the one in the store.
