My wife and I picked out a couch we liked in the showroom at Jennifer Convertibles. However, we wanted a sleeper sofa. The floor manager talked us into the sleeper version of the model we liked. In 2008 we bought Fridgidare: Diswasher, stovetop, microwave, oven and refridgerator. The dishwasher broke 3 times in the first 2 1/2 year exceding the value of the purchase price. They gave us our money back. Now the stove top cracked and disclored. The fridge filter now only las 2 months and the oven blew out. this copany sold me a brand new air conditioner and system for $5, 000 . I waited two weeks for service to repair a leaky dishwasher. The servive rep said that the leak was coming from a connection to the faucet and could not fix it because it was a plumbing issue. I purchased a chromcraft solid wood table and four chairs ($1800) in December 2009. The table arrived and the color of the pedestal base was totally different from the table top as well as the chairs. This was also different from the wood sample. These are the worst possible laminate floors to buy. Within 6 months of professional installation in our home, they are already bubbling at the seems. Their warranty, which reads that they are under warranty for 25 years "under normal household conditions", is worthless, as they won't honor it. This was the worst contracting job I have ever had done on my home. Panther Windows and Siding was supposed to install two storm doors for $1200. Unfortunately the doors that they installed was worth a little over $100 each. After speaking to them not only was I insulted, but they tossed out my original door and still kept $200 after the doors that they installed were removed. So I am left without doors as well as $200. $200 may not seem like a lot, but it is way too much money to give away after having such poor service.
