Mike came out on 11-24 and 11-25-2009 and repaired my roof, so I thought. I purchased 800 sf of click lock laminate flooring for $1300. Upon installation and inspection of the product and a consult from a professional installer it was determined that the product was defective. The ends snapped when installed causing the floors to lift and gap. I contacted the company and sent photographs, they replied by saying it was my problem and it must be something we were doing. I have a service warranty from Sears to cover a Maytag Neptune Washing Machine. This company DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PERFORM CUSTOMER SEVICE ON ANY LEVEL! I had a security company, a few months ago, exclaim how they could install a free alarm system and I would only pay 23 dollar a month on a 3 year agreement for my business. So the sales rep came to educate me on their services. This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made. I have owned my stove 65 days and it has only worked for 6 days. I might add 6 days not in a row. It was dead when it came out of the box. Lowes sold me carpet and install. They demanded that I buy an amount of carpet that they determined that I needed. I did not agree that I needed so much (with 22% waste) and asked to be shown how they intended to use the carpet requiring the higher amount. Shame Shame Shame on the senior management of Bloomingdale's Customer Service. You are not in touch with the operations. The reps lie, put you on hold for excessive periods of time, hang up and just leave you on hold for ever.
