I bought a 22 inch Craftsman Pushmower with a Briggs & Stratton 5.5 horse motor. I have had it in the shop four times. The cleaning solution holder never really held the bottle tight. I talked to 5 reps. and a supervisor at Oreck. I was advised that I could have the warranty service done locally. When I called the store they said that they would do the inspection but I would have to pay extra because Oreck only pays $8 for their service time. Howes and his consultant buddies changed their Dura mats to cheapen them. They ran off the people who originally developed the mats. From what I've been told they have angered customers all over the world. I even heard the US military has a bunch of mats stacked in Afghanistan and are waiting for Newpark to take them back. Thousands of these junk mats have been sold and replacing them will bankrupt NR. These are the same consultants who killed off Newpark's Bravo product line. We purchased a top of the line L G Refrigerator the last week in May 2009. It did not work from day #1. After 8 phone calls they finally agreed to send a repairman, who said it was unrepairable. This company should be investigate for their products. More and more contractors are installing this product because of its lack of quality and ensuing additional charges they are able to charge. My units units are less than 5 years old. Have lost 2 compressors, several boards, and leaking coil. I tried to contact the contractor (Prentis Alsup) he wouldn't extend the warranty and said they were not going to sell the product anymore. Tried through Goodman, followed their requested process and never heard a word back. Called them again and was told to get lost. Shamrock Paving removed exsisting drivewayand underlying material and did not install the stone material base to support the new one. Shamrock Paving ran short of paving material, lowered the grade of the drive four to six inches. Now water from the street comes in the driveway, I have puddling in spots. I bought a bed from this company on line. At first I was a little nervous since I could not lie on the bed and try it out. I only saw the pictures. My wife and I went ahead and bought it. Within two weeks of getting chair a 1" tear was noticed on the fronyt of the left arm. There are sharp edges under the thin fabric which I believe caused the tear. A tech came out and checked the chair. He said it could not be repaired. I talked to a manager at the store who stated I must have torn the chair myself and that was it. Purchased side by side refrigerator in July of 2008. Model #363GSHL5KGXBCLS. Unable to store milk in over-size door shelf - one of the reasons for purchasing this model - butter is soft in keeper, milk spoils on the top shelf, eggs and other foods freeze on the lower shelves, veggies freeze on shelves or in drawer. Sears and GE have both been here to check unit and repair...still having problems. The refrigerator was replaced once, but still fails to function as it should. I had trouble with them from day one. I was quoted the siding for my home would take a week to finish. They finished in 2 - 3 days! They had to come back numerous times for poor work (siding falling off, work not performed well at all)!! I have stained many wooden items and never had a problem with staining. I contacted the company to verify which stain to use; washed and scrubbed the old deck as requested. Spent all summer staining the old and the new deck. Last winter I watched it all peel off. When I contacted them; I was told I should have primed the wood. We purchased the 4000 series of the AquaSurge dishwasher in January of 2009. It has never gotten my dishes on the top row clean without leaving food residue and that is with using a rinse agent.
