We received a call from this company, and it had all the earmarks of a scam. We were going to get $300 of gas for no apparent reason, and all I had to do was pay a handling charge, using any credit card after I received the gas card. I pressed him about sending a check instead, and he said that was fine as he continued to talk about credit and gift cards as payment for the handling. This was too good to be true, and I hung up. This is also the first time I've entered a complaint like this. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. I had thought - I found a good deal for my wedding - but ended up getting what I paid for. The attendant was unprofessional, the photobooth was not even working 50% of the time, and in the end - it was the worst part of the wedding. This cleaning company came to clean my house. They ruined my floors and stainless steel appliances. They promised me that they would do a good job and not to worry. My partner ordered American Woodmark cabinets through Lowe's in 2004. We didn't install the cabinets until 2006. Drawers were of poor quality and after complaining to Lowe's the mfg. sent out a rep. Officetronics sent an HP L7680 that was refurbished and not new as they had advertised. What was very suspicious is that the letter "R" was removed at the end of the model number by some type of chemical of some sort. The "R" shows that its refurbished and after further inspection noticed the refurbished stickers were removed from Officetronics. I purchased 9 gallons of Behr paint and sent in the rebate form as directed. (exactly) No rebate. The next time I bought paint it was 14 gallons of Pittsburgh Paints. My loss was $45 by not getting the rebate from Behr. Behr and Home Depot lost a $450 sale. I will never buy Behr paints again and I have shifted my shopping to Lowe's for my other home improvement needs. I asked for help at Home Depot on this matter and they said it was up to Behr. My father who is 83 still lives in his home. When Guy Smith called to inquire if they could come out to do an annual inspection I agreed. They were running a special to check out the unit for $75.00. I was shocked when I got to his house and saw they had gotten him to sign a contract for over $7, 000 to replace the heating and air conditioning unit. They had also gotten him to make pay $6, 000 on a credit card. I was livid. In addition he was coursed to check the box waiving his right to cancellation. I don't even believe that MagellanRx is a real company. Just a scam site that lists a fake inventory, keeps your money and delivers nothing. I ordered a tube of Nizoral cream from them. They posted that the item had been sent on a certain date, but there are no other details. The email address they give for customer service and message box at the site are never answered. After waiting for nearly three months, I finally filed for a chargeback from Visa CheckCard Services and just got my refund. Using this prepaid debit card at a gas station, automatically deducts 35.00, even if you get only 10.00 worth of gas. You cannot receive the balance until 4 days later. (Even if you run out of gas and need to stop at a cheaper gas station). I purchased gas in a city to get me home where the gas is thirty cents cheaper.
