I had entered in to a service contract for the vacuum cleaner manufactured by the above company. July 6th 08, I got a parking ticket in the Richmond Mall, Vancouver BC. The reason for the parking ticket was they only allow customer to park 3 hours in the mall. I'm a visitor. Company is selling franchises throughout the usa and is deliberately hiding the fact that units are closed down or never open after paying the franchise fee. This is in violation of the FTC rules for being a Legal Franchise company. Making claims about having done $3 billion in listings, while not able to provide any proof of such a large number (basically a 'pulled it from their xxx' number). Verification of all the poor people that have purchased one of their franchises reveal that virtually none of them have realized any profit or even sales of business as touted. I did a Trial of Nuvoice.com (Nucentcom inc.,), it is not good and a rip off. The quality of voice is not that good and they have lot of hidden charges. Since that time, other companies somehow affiliated with the ProFlowers.com website have been adding charges onto the same credit card I used for the flowers. I attempted to place a call using my prepaid CTA Africa card 2 weeks ago. I got the message that all trunk lines were down, so was never able to get through to my international contact. I have had my materials for over a year. They want you to travel up to 100 miles to take the exam. If you live in a small area and don't have transportation, too bad. They refuse to give me my money back because I haven't taken the test. I also have a disability. They don't tell you the job requirements over the phone. The service at this company totally stinks. The people that you try to talk with cannot speak good English and they have standard answers. My internet download speed sucks 8 hours out of 24. Of the remaining 16 hours, we sleep approximately 8 so that only give us about 8 hours of what is suppose to be quality service. Every day at 4:00 PM the speed drops from the low to mid 700kbps to the mid to low 80 kbps. It stays this low until new day starts at 12:00 AM. I have called at least 30 times and no help. This shipping company (EGL - which is now a part of CEVA) lost my plasma television (ordered through Amazon.com), and then lost a second replacement television sent by Amazon. In both cases, they never bothered to call me and tell me they lost the TV, causing me to have to make arrangements for someone to be at my home during the 6-hour delivery window -- for no reason. Their customer service has been terrible throughout. I constantly get inconsistent explanations and false promises about other delivery dates.
