My son has a ticket for 01H00 today to be transported by Eldos bus from Estcourt to Johannesburg. The pick up point is Midway approx 6 km from my home. We arrived at the pick up point approx 12h35(25 minutes before departure) and waited, After waiting for more than 1, 5 hours we then asked the security at Midway if the bus is delayed. they informed us that a bus arrived at approx 12h15(45 minutes earlier than advertised), and waited about 5 minutes and then departed. Don't believe anything about what they said, especially don't buy anything with your credit card on their website. All what they say and sell are rubbish. Last month, I went their website, and paid about 4 US dollars to review about their so-called start kit. All are nothing but rubbish and empty talk. Then, I left. When I received my bank statement this month, I found they charged me another 59.95 US dollars without my authorisation or notice me first. On the 24th of July 2010, round about 11h20, I was in an accident on the R24 (Johannesburg). A person who was travelling infront of me, came to a complete stop, I immediatley slammed on brakes and my brakes locked for about 15m. I was travelling at a speed of approximately 90km/h. They have a small note on the wall stating that they do not give money back on purchases but that we can exchange if not happy. My friend phoned and requested for any vacant flats available, the answer she received from the admin clerk was that there were no open flats at the moment. She was informed to phone in two weeks time. After this I phoned and spoke to the same person, requesting also for any vacant flats, when I was infomed that there were 3 vacant flats available. I spoke in afrikaans and my friend used english, out of our accent you could clearly here that I am a white person and that she is an african. I have ordered a product from Transfarm. I have been quoted an amount of R11-80 excl. I confirmed this amount 5 times, especially after they informed me they were waiting for new stock. I joined Amazing vouchers in 2007, i could never print any of their vouchers and tried to stop the subscription after a year, they then told me that my subscrption was for 2 years, even send me the tape recording to verify it, amazingly i could not open or listen to the recording. I then paid foe another year after wich a cancelled my subscription via fax, you can not get hold of them via phone. Still they deducted the money every month. Was promised part would be ordered same day and feedback would be given. 7 days later (21 June) still no feedback nor spare. Phoned dealer - ones again i was promised feedback - received none. 21 June complained to Toyota SA - they promised feedback - no feedback received. Service is pathetic. It is dangerous to drive in exhaust fumes. A company the likes of Toyota should be able to send a simple part like this over night for fitment the next day.
