I made an agreement to pay off my debt in small amounts and did not authorize for them to draft out of my account. They drafted the full amount out of my account anyway. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and they told me it was an error on my part. Bob from Brea roofing was rude to us from the beginning even over the phone. He did not seem to want to come to our home and said he could not stop what he was doing to come over and mentioned something about having property near by with a large lawn he was mowing. I bought an alarm from Apex. They sold the contract to SAI and then castlerock. By the time I figured it out they said it was too late to cancel the contract and automatically renewed it for another entire year in addition to the origial 3. It has never worked. I purchase a new 2010 Jetta and the Blue Tooth stopped working the 1st day. Fast forward 5 weeks later no fix. VW is like the replacement part is on back other tough luck.. The ONLY THING I hate about UAI is you can't save on interest by paying extra payment every month. Interest is caculated in loan and it become one Balance. If you make extra payments every month, it only decrease the balance; but you don't save on interest. I am trying to get information on a problems with a Philips Plasma TV. The problem was caused by a power outage and not a Mfg defect. I have fed my dogs for years on American Kitchen Corporation Doggy Dog's Liver Mush Formula. Recently I noted that my dogs continued to be hungry after a meal, as if the kibble was not as filling.
