I purchased a television online as a xmas gift mid December. I received the item just prior to 12/25 only to find the wrong item had been shipped, a lesser quality and size television. Bought Anti virus with MIR of $60. Buy.com delivered AntiVirus CD but attached no printed receipts for claiming MIR. No replies for my mails. Don't do it! I ordered 2 weeks ago for my girlfriends birthday on March 10th. They were to deliver between 11am - 3pm. I got an email from customer service at 4:30 pm... the day of scheduled delivery, asking me for extra money because of the distance from the local flower shop to the place of delivery. WageWorks for two years in a row has received a faxed claim from me on 3/31 but claimed it was illegible. 3/31 is the last date you can submit a claim from the previous year. So, they wait a month and then send a letter saying that the claim was illegible, and to re-send it. So, I immediately re-send, but then, of course, they say that the claim is too late. I initiated cellular service with Consumer Cellular. On 7-9-2010 I received two Motorola EM330 cell phones. On 7-12 one phone locked up. Upon advice, I removed the battery to reboot the phone. I recently received a bill stating that I purchased an "Insider Pass" for 14.95 from an online purchase, under an odd 877-498-7283 number. When I looked up what the number was it was a hidden charge fee for "free shipping" from Newport-News.com. I used FreeCreditReport.com on 10-1-10 and they stated it would cost me 14.95 plus 1.00 so I expected to and put a withdraw out of my checking account for 15.95. I get my bank statement and there is a $24.95 charge on the same day, plus the $15.95. Then on 10-12-10 there is another $14.95 charge, never went to the site that day. I am a professional photographer with over 20 years experience and have owned dozens of Nikon products. Over the years I have attempted to take them to the Nikon Facility in Torrance for repairs.
