I am also upset with this company. I found the customer service number (800-777-4034) When I called I got some woman that sounded like she had just had throat surgery... I purchased one NET10 phone for $30.00 which included 300 free airtime minutes. Subsequent/additional minutes sell at 300 minutes for $30.00. Because I receive many unsolicited phone calls, I returned to Family Dollar to purchase a second phone with a new number. Intellius charged me $19.90 to check on a phone number. They say they will do a full background check and provide information concerning that number. The ONLY information I got was a first name, no last name, and a validation that it is a phone line. I already knew it was a phone line and I thought you needed more than only a first name to get a phone number? Not realizing how inexperienced or sloppy this shop was, I took my car in to have it painted. I needed the water supply line coming from my wall to the toilet tank replaced. Because they said their line would not work with the shut-off valve I had, they also replaced it. It took the plumber all of 5 minutes to replace the line and valve and they charged me $371.00. After doing some research, I found the flexable water supply line for $10.oo and the shut-off valve for $5.00. While there was a $65.00 dispatch charge, adding that up with the cost of the supplies is $80.00. Are you telling me that plumbers are making $291.00 an hour now?! Furniture was delivered 3 days late and items were forgotten and I was told they would not be able to deliver them when I was available. So now that's going to take another month maybe. My living room end tables look ridiculous without the glass on them. This is not a good experience with this company. Yesterday, at Chaparral most of the sand tire sets had the prices inked out. I found one set with the price at $208.90. When I went to buy them, the employee told me it was $249.00. When I showed him the price clearly marked on the cardboard cover, he told me no, that was for a cheaper rim. I was so mad that I left the $65.00 worth of other merchandise that I had planned to buy.
