Upon initially signing up with Freelance Home Writers.com, I looked at the sight for a few days and decided it was not for me. Since there was no information on continuing the registration I believed I would only be charged for $2.95 trial subscription. Upon receiving my credit card bill this month I realized I had been charged for the $49.95 which is the full subscription rate. I know I should have checked into this more effectively but I do believe that they are not fully disclosing their procedures.
I hope that by notify you regarding this company, I will save others the expense they do not realize they will be incurring. read full review »

I had a webhost with them for a year- they did good on my site- that is not the problem. The problem is I transferred my site 3/19/2009 to another host. Siteground refused to transfer because I was to close to expiration (4/1/2009) SO today I had to pay $8 bucks to transfer it bt they charged me $95!
Worse they said they refuse to refund my money because it had been more than thirty days since I set up my account. This was for money I did not authorize them to charge me on the very same day!

I am a customer in Charlotte NC. We had some work done by Olshan more than a year ago. 4 piers and some crawlspace work.
When adjusting the 4 piers placed under the foundation itself, they raised it too high. It cracked my walls and almost broke the windows. When they hired someone to fix it, they wouldn't pay him to paint, only drywall the cracks that they created.

I have had money taken out of my All Access Visa Debit Card without authorization in September for 29.33, 29.95,
October 29.95, 29.95 and November 29.95 & 29.95. I had an automatic payment set up for another company of
$49.95 per month and it only worked in October and it should have worked for September and November and was
put on hold and then I found out that this company-savingsdiscount.com was taking the above amounts out without

I had booked for Hotel in Lakshwadeep in Agatti Beach Resort wherein i hade made cancellation for the same and i was promised for refund of Rs4000/- on 17th July 07. Till Date i:e 22nd Aug 07 more than a month has passed by i have not received any refund from them.
In addition to this there was a scheme which was launched by Yatra with ICICI Bank wherein 30% cashback was to b given for Airline booking with Kingfisher. This booking was done on 27th June 07 and i am still awaiting the cash back of about Rs.4000/-.

My mother lost her sister, mother, and brother all in the past six months. So to cheer my mom and Aunt up before Thanksgiving, I sent them flowers. I don't know why I decided to use a different webiste other than my usual 1-800flowers.com but I did. I got stiffed.

Sleazy! Scam! Avoid like the plague! Sales people are pushy and try to get you to sign up for an agreement that you can never get out of! They off-load the payments to ABC Financial (phone 888-827-9262) which is not disclosed.
Gym itself is ok, but sales tactics make it a place to avoid! Tons of other complaints all over the internet.

I have an LG microwave oven. About one month back it started showing errors in its display system. On lodging a complaint, it was attended to thrice by technicians from LG Electronics. First, the circuit board was replaced, then the heating device was replaced. Even then, the oven failed to work properly. The technician then said that the transformer needed to be replaced. We sailed on Carnival Cruise line in 2008 and decided to go to the auction. While we were there we bought a painting that we liked. We were not interested in selling it for money to make a profit. However, when we got the "painting" we realized that we could have done the same thing at home with our plotter. To top it off, we probably paid over 500% of what its worth! Beware - quality is horrible, price is crazy and they won't even work with you to return it. I returned a swim MP3 player when I found out it couldn't be loaded with music purchased from iTunes. Swimlocker received the player on Feb. 15 and sent me an e-mail stating a credit would be issued. After seeing no credit, I called the company on March 4. I was told this is a small company, and they only process credits at the beginning and middle of the month, and that it can take up to 2 billing cycles to credit a customer's account. In my opinion WildBlue is A SCAM! WildBlue employees are WORSE THAN RUDE! They have no true CUSTOMER SERVICE! ON ONE PHONE CALL WE WERE ON HOLD FOR ONE AND ONE-HALF HOURS -- thirty minute wait to reach them, thirty minute waits as they transfered us from one RUDE department to another.

This site is not an auction: every bid costs a credit, which is money: who has ever seen an auction where the bidder has to pay for each bid increment?
This site is closer to a lottery, but not quite the same, since you need to buy several "tickets" for one raffle.

These people have a license to steal. They can sign for shipments which then “mysteriously disappear" and you will have no recourse.
My problem was with a location in New Orleans but apparently their corporate policy is to ignore customer complaints, so you will have the same problem anywhere. I used the Extra Space Storage at for over a year to receive and store products for my business. They will Lie to you till the end telling you that they will get you the lowest rates and closing costs and then you see the paper work it has a higher rate and closing cost than anybody and they'll tell you thats ok its supposed to say that and lie to you again and say this is really what we locked you in at. As of today we are still waiting for our sixth visit from a Sears Technician to fix our Kenmore refrigerator. We have been without our refrigerator for six weeks. The customer service center is obtuse. They don't communicate very well, nor do they seem to have any record of your call history. I have been receiving calls daily since around 12-15-2007. I have called Secure Horizons on three occasions to get them to stop the calls to my cell phone. I have been told it takes six to eight weeks to process my request, which is absurd. I was told it was because of the size of their database. I asked why was the price $7.00 above the coupon price and was asked what would you like to pay. I said "don't play games with me". Me & 3 friends visited your restaurant in Pineville, NC on Saturday November 14, 2009 at 8:45pm. My meal was not good. The filet was dry and chewy. I didn't know that was possible. I had a credit card from this company and had to undergo a very bad experience. They do not bother to make you a call to let you know of your missed payments or any other reminders and then charge you for the same.

I too have been calling the Hartford everyday asking where is my money. My doctor had put me on medical leave from 8/23/06 until 01/08/07 they have denied me twice now, stating I have not been disabled beyond my waiting period.
