Back on September 3rd 2009. My daugher had her school pictures taken. She turned in the payment and proceeded with her pictures. The school gets the pictures back and my daughters pictures were not there. I spoke with her school and come to find out about 50% of the pictures never showed up. There is a board right above the LCD panel on my 46" TV amongst other numerous boards, which Samsung does not provide to its authorized repair shops. So when this board goes bad, they are telling you to buy a whole new LCD panel, which is so expensive that you are better off to buy a new TV all together. The Kenmore Elite Trio Refrigerator is a terrible product! I have had mine 1 year and 3 months and it has been nothing but trouble. I had either 4 or 5 service calls in the first year. The most serious ones involved the icemaker fan. A service call means getting off of work and being by the telephone from 8am to 5 pm waiting for a call from the service person. I would like to complaint about the excess fare charged for me today morning (Dec 6th) from Chennai central to Pallikaranai.
