I brought my Santa Fe to Good year to repair a check engine light that continued to come on and off. I was told it needed extensive work besides the repair to the check engine light. We have recently noticed, on our bank statements, unauthorized amounts totaling 61.49 coming out over the last 3 months. We wrote to the bank asking them to refuse any transactions related to Epoch.com/EUEpoch.com. Today we had our bank statements through & there was another transaction for £21.05. To whom it may concern. A friend of mine from Accra, Ghana had made plans to fly klm to Dublin Ireland. He got a price from the airlines and proceeded to pay for his transit visa to Amsterdam. He paid for it but when he went to purchase his airplane ticket they increased the price by over 200 euros. Since he could not afford this price he went to another airline. I am very unhappy with the way your store policy of returns are. If that's the way your going to run things, train your employs to tell all customers that if you want to return an item, there will be a store credit issued. Digitel is advertising several plans for DSL ranging from 384Kbps to 1.5Mbps under the Bida program bunndled with a landline. After installation of a Bida 1232/832 Kbps line, it only tested an average of 431Kbps. The best I got was 450Kbps so it was close in every test in the mid 400 range or half of the advertised 832Kbps. Two weeks later she did a chargeback on me, and because Paypal does not protect buyers from digital goods, I lost the money. Ordered a stove to be installed in January, 2010 from Home Everything. Home Everything arranged for shipping and install with AM Home Delivery and there the trouble began. The AM Home Delivery "Installers" damaged the counter top by not unscrewing the old stove from the counter top (basic task) and tearing part of the counter top up so all of the counter top needs to be replaced ($1, 350). When our daughter in law requires health care services, she has been giving our telephone number (without our permission). When she does not pay the bill, the collection agency calls us and each time it happens, we tell them to take us off their calling list. I was on the phone with Neil Sanders and I think I heard him mumble something under his breath which shouldn't be repeated. He called me up out of the blue the other day to see if I was interested in selling another timeshare I owned. He was the rep I had at Alliance Title Service back in 09 and although it took a while to get paid, I had to listen to his rants and analogies that don't make much sense for weeks when I waited for my money. I C Sytem Inc has put a current/active/ seriously past due report on my credit report Jan 2011. The account was discharged in a Bankruptcy in 2009. I was lied to and told they were not aware of the Bankruptcy. However I pulled my credit report 2 weeks BEFORE I made the phone call to them. On one of the 3 major credit reporting agencies the report stated in Bankruptcy. On the other 2 it states the account was put in active collections as of January 2011. Bud's customer service is nonexistent - if you have any issues with your order good luck getting someone on the phone. Ordered a vanity Mar 3, 2010. Received a non-detailed confirmation. 10 days went by, no communication. I called them 3 times with no answer and emailed them twice for a tracking number. I worked for JDBlackwell for a brief time, during this time I did 20 hrs of work in 2 days. I was supposed to be paid commission at $20-$45 a sale depending on the type of sale. I made one sale, which was supposed to be $45. I was never paid. I did sign a contract saying that I was not an employee of JDBlackwell but was an at will contractor. I found this company offering great deals on Hot Tubs, referencing 'Island Escape' as one of the manufacturers they carry. This company, America Van Lines, is not to be trusted. After they had my belongings loaded on the truck I was informed that what was supposed to have cost me $2100 had now doubled to over $4000.
