I have been billed for services/product I didn't use. 1and1 Internet has this scheme whereby the customer tests out a product, obtains their credit card, charges the customer a promotional rate (regardless of whether they use the service or not) for six months, and then automatically charges the customer for an additional six months even if they never used the product. My credit card company called me to verify two charges by Square Enix, Play Online. The first charge for $1, then one for $27. I have never heard of this site, nor have I ever visited this site. I placed an order for groceries to help a family member in another state who lost a job and was in need. I found Groceries-Express.com and expected a great service since they ship Fed Ex (which cost me OVER $50 on $80 worth of food to ship!). In November, I was late with a payment. We had a really rough month in October, and I was unable to make the insurance payment for the home, as well.
