I purchased a fairly expensive ellipitcal machine from Smooth Fitness last month. I paid an extra $200 for installation and the machine arrived damaged. It made a grinding noise when moving the pedals. I called Smooth and they told me to call their subcontracting company to schedule an appointment to fix it. I rented car for 4 days on my holiday in South France from Nice Airport. 3rd day of running, someone break driver side window and took all stuffs I kept in the car including luggage and mobile phone and one of friend's passport. I paid for service a year a time to save money. When I was selling my house so I gave them notice, when house sold I cancelled service. The unused months of service was to be refunded to me. First they said it takes 3 months to do a refund, when if I was starting up service they would expect immediate payment. Then after stalling for 3+ months, they still have yet to send me my refund. This company has been calling repeatedly, not saying anything, but just calling and hanging up on a continual basis. You can hear the person breathing on the line. I have asked the person to stop calling and when I do they just hang up. Then a couple of days ago I got a letter from them attempting to collect on a time barred debt. I signed up with MX Energy 3 years ago in New Jersey as a natural gas supplier under a Fixed Rate Plan, 3 year contract. Have never missed a payment to Public Service, who then pays MX. Priority Pay debited our Business checking account once per week for payroll service and taxes. We left Priority Pay because they failed to get our payroll right after 6 months. After 4 phone calls which one was returned Priority Pay owes us $423.91 which we were told takes 2 weeks to get back. I refuse to fall for their lying. I ordered a Chicken club toaster from the sonic in Aztec New Mexico and halfway through eating it I noticed that only the outer edge was cooked, the rest was completely raw, in fact my husband said it looked transparent!
