We waited weeks to get our new Wheaten puppy. My kids were so excited. Right away he had horrible diarrhea. I hoped at first that it was just puppy diarrhea from leaving his home but it did not get better. The Vet confirmed that he had Coccidia and Giardia parasites. We started him on meds right away. We bought our place 5 years ago and our contract was sold to Countrywide. We tried getting refinancing through them but was denied because someone had removed the HUD tags on the back of manufactured home. When the appraiser came out he told us that if we get an affidavit of a fixture that it should be enough but per Countrywide it wasn't. I bought a puppy from Zoofari (Debcha Kennels) in Grove City Ohio. I had this puppy for only 36 hours and he was vomiting and shaking so badly. I took him to the Vet and he tested positive for Coccidia, giardia and campylobacter and had to be treated for a mixed bacterial/yeast ear infection. When I contacted her she REFUSED to make this right claiming she does not cover vet bills which I understand but I wanted to inform her so she could protect the other dogs at her facility. Our contract states we cannot transfer our contract for 48 months, but does not say we cannot terminate it. We tried to terminate, but are not allowed to, but instead are "obligated" to pay $99 a year, basically for life. I operate a small 501c3 non profit, and received a stock donation worth about $20,000. I opened a fidelity account so I could liquidate the stock and use the fidelity checking account service as my main checking account. I paid J&J Automotive 293.00 to replace a timing belt in feb. of last year and this week I am having my machanic to do some work and he discovered that the timing belt is the original belt.
