Hello! I ordered from this company and never received my shipment! I have written them 4 e-mails already and no reply to any of them. Their customer service is very bad! The internet site claims they will answer you in 24hours, but that is not true. I can't track my order nore get any information on the web site! Also, their customer service phone line is cleverly set up to avoid complaints on the messaging service! By phone I ordered a vertical blind from Sears Canada, delivery of which would be 2 days hence. I got a call at 2:21 AM. This is absolutely uncalled for. I didn't get to the phone in time to answer as I WAS ASLEEP. Our experience with schumacher homes is not a pleasant one we personally found them below standard. Whenever I would catch something during construction the first response from our personal builder was always full of fluff. Freightquote.com is very dishonest, they give you a quote, pick up your freight, deliver the freight and then 2 weeks later change the price and say it is not thier problem the class was put in wrong and had to be changed and carrier they used went up on the price. Keep in mind, DHL today is not the DHL that once prided itself on its great service. In 2003 DHL bought Airborne Express, known throughout the industry as the worst express delivery company. I was hired for RPS Worldwide as a receptionist to answer the phones. When I took my lunch break they expected me to work while I was on an unpaid break. I spoke my mind and said that this is not right and he cut me a check and let me go on the spot. On top of that the owner smoked cigerattes in the office. Not that I am against smokers, but in a place of employment. Give me a break. Tell me where that is legal? Original Mattress Factory deserves a 1 out of 10, ie... as a last resort, you can weave blankets together to get better quality sleeping surface, if you run out of blankets... then consider a soft OMF product. I took my 1998 Honda Civic to Maaco Auto body in Garwood NJ on 2/29/08 to repaint my vehicle. I picked up the vehicle on 3/7/08 on a rainy day so I was not able to check out the vehicle for any defects. The following day it stopped raining and I was able to inspect the vehicle for any flaws. I left a voicemail and never received a return call. I went to the office and the lady at the desk was rude and impatient. I was inquiring about special directions my doctor attached to my test and she told me that was Labcorp's business. I remained polite and left. I'm guessing the standard's aren't very high to work there if you can't even get subpart customer service. My US Bank experiences have been 5-Star Unsatisfactory. I was employed at the Convergys in Chattanooga, TN (CSR FOR DIRECTV) and that is by far the worst place I have ever worked. I purchased an acrylic bath and tub liner from Bathroom Crafters in Lombard IL. When I noticed the spnoge feeling in my tub , I called for service . The first response was to re-drain and re-caulk. I applied for rebates as OnRebate.com which is part of the TigerDirect company. I sent in all the required information in September of 2005. I had to keep talking with them to finally get them to approve the rebate on June 6, 2006. Now they say they have sent me 3 checks in the mail on Dec. 13, 2006 (6 months later!!!). Yes< I too was a sucker to fall for this company too, I paid them up front $500.00 to start a loan modification on my fist mortgage and second mortgage. This was in Oct. 2008 and they requested I fill out paperwork do a hardship letter ect. they never return your calls or emails.
