I have a trade with Interval International for 2 years. I have tried 3 times to get someplace I want to go. Upon our 3rd attempt to use the trade, the customer service staff told me I am on priority list and gave me a priority code in September 2007. As we approach the date, I cannot get customer service to respond to emails, I am now on hold for 45 minutes with no customer service rep responding, it keeps bouncing me between rings and music. Well in cancelling my service I was told that credit would go back to the credit card I had initially opened the account with all fine and dandy if I had not cancelled that card more than a year ago. I received a phone call from a lady named Kathy asking me to purchase a cheap trip package. They said that you would get 4 free airplane tickets. When the Package arrived they already have the area and hotel where you can travel to. They require 7-10 hotel stay Some of the hotels run $170-over $200 per night which is to expensive for me. I am in the Navy and am required to move around a lot. I also do a lot of traveling inside the US visiting family and friends. My T-mobile phone only works in a few spots of the US. I always see others with version and Cingular using the phone, but mine has no antenna. I thought maybe I could get a new phone (with another 1Year contract) and that would fix my problem. The women's bathrooms were TOTALLY unacceptable. Stopped up toilets, multiple out of order stalls, no paper in over half of working stalls, not one clean toilet in the entire place. The manger/ our waiter charged a 18% gratity to our table. Being a server myself I understand the need of adding a gratuity to a large party. Usually when you feel you are deserving of a great tip and there are atleast 6 to 8 adults. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 children. One of which was an infant and the other a ten yr old. I have no problem paying a gratuity when it is well deserved. Our waiter ran by the table a couple of times and then gave us a check with his tip already on it. I was shocked. I ordered from Nature's Prime on 3/26/11. On 5/18/11 after calling them 2x and being gauranteed shipment on either 5/9 or 5/16 I cancelled the order with them and Groupon. I had emailed 2 times with no response. No one was picking up email according to the notice that I got. I question how they can possibly get enough organic meats to fulfill all Groupon orders from all over the country plus their own customers.
