I was on the phone with Neil Sanders and I think I heard him mumble something under his breath which shouldn't be repeated. He called me up out of the blue the other day to see if I was interested in selling another timeshare I owned.
He was the rep I had at Alliance Title Service back in 09 and although it took a while to get paid, I had to listen to his rants and analogies that don't make much sense for weeks when I waited for my money.
I considered selling my Maui timeshare, but because the market is so flooded with t/s resales, I probably wouldn't get much for it. read full review »

I C Sytem Inc has put a current/active/ seriously past due report on my credit report Jan 2011. The account was discharged in a Bankruptcy in 2009. I was lied to and told they were not aware of the Bankruptcy. However I pulled my credit report 2 weeks BEFORE I made the phone call to them. On one of the 3 major credit reporting agencies the report stated in Bankruptcy. On the other 2 it states the account was put in active collections as of January 2011. After leaving a negative but helpful and polite review on Buds my review was deleted the next day and my customer account terminated by the "webmaster." Bud's customer service is nonexistent - if you have any issues with your order good luck getting someone on the phone. On the other hand, I would guess that the vast majority of transactions go smoothly and hence the large purported customer base. Low prices, large stock and apparently fast shipping mean most buyers will be happy. Bud's is simply playing the numbers game... read full review »

Here's my experience using AshleyMadison.com: I can't say if it's a scam or not, with the employee-posted profiles you find on sites like xxxmatch.com, but here's what I've found after using the site for a couple months:
--They have HUGE turnover on the site, at least for women. I've noted many New members I've added to my Favorites who then don't return to the site ever.

On May 29th, I phoned up a Holland America Booking Agent and asked for their best deal Mediterrnian Cruise. I wanted the bottom line price, everything included, no surprises. I booked for a party of four, was told over the phone the final price, where upon I used my credit card to pay in full.

Ordered a vanity Mar 3, 2010. Received a non-detailed confirmation. 10 days went by, no communication. I called them 3 times with no answer and emailed them twice for a tracking number. They were completely unresponsive. Finally in frustration on March 13th I contacted Paypal and filed a dispute. It seemed odd that there was no way to contact Home Perfect. On Mar. 17 Paypal contacted me that the dispute was closed and refunded my money. I worked for JDBlackwell for a brief time, during this time I did 20 hrs of work in 2 days. I was supposed to be paid commission at $20-$45 a sale depending on the type of sale. I made one sale, which was supposed to be $45. I was never paid. I did sign a contract saying that I was not an employee of JDBlackwell but was an at will contractor. I paid for my bus tickets and food expenses for the 2 days totaling about ~$7 for bus tickets and ~$15. I thought that I would at least get some money, but no, my payment never came. I CAN'T BELIEVE HE STILL HAS A LICENSE!!! I am a Registered Nurse who saw Dr. Schmidt in the ER at Cox South Hospital, Springfield, MO in excruciating chest pain, radiating to my jaw and arm. We purchased a hardwood floor from Accent Hardwood Flooring in Middle Island NY 11953. The salesman indicated that we were buying the last of 20 boxes in their warehouse of Shaw (manufacturer), 3.25" width, Brazilian Cherry flooring with UV protection and 7 coats of urethane. We had our installer pickup the flooring that was put aside for us at the vendors location. After the installer finished the floor we found out the flooring was not the product we paid for. We took his campaign and submitted around 6000 Sales and he never paid after the reports were sent. He never responded to the calls. Sometimes a girl picks and tell that she is his secretary and that Aviroop is in a meeting. Denton D Douglas is an African man who is full of hot air. He was suggested to my friend for a yacht purchase. He failed on his obligation, and ripped us off. I first contacted Glen Brandt on May 20th about designing a logo for our company. He said he could do it for $240 and the usual turnaround time is 48-72 hours for samples to be sent - he offered unlimited revisions. I paid him that day (my mistake) by PayPal and I received some samples 8 days later on May 28th which I did not like and asked him to change them. I found this company offering great deals on Hot Tubs, referencing 'Island Escape' as one of the manufacturers they carry. (I now believe this company is a front - Island Escape seems to be owned by the same people - their web site is a joke, isn't even functional, and just so happens to be in San Francisco!). During the transaction I became uncomfortable with their methods - they want to charge 100% up front then to have you wait 8-11 weeks until they deliver. This company, America Van Lines, is not to be trusted. After they had my belongings loaded on the truck I was informed that what was supposed to have cost me $2100 had now doubled to over $4000. Here is what happened.
I contracted America Van Lines on Feb. 2009 to move my belongings from a 10 x 20 storage unit in Maryland to North Carolina. I have read about a number of mortgage modification scammers on this website. Some of them are major players, people such as Sal Puglia and Brian Mamocchio. There is another person involved in the South Jersey loan modification scam scene who has done more damage to the lives of the American consumer than the two of these men combined. My girlfriend and I purchased a vacation trip to New Orleans scheduled for September 2-6, 2008. We bought the trip from Book It.com. The package included round-trip air and 4 nights in a hotel. Also, we purchased travel insurance from Book It with their insurance partner Access America.
Hurricane Gustav hit New Orleans during the time we were to be on vacation. We wisely canceled our trip through Book It and filed a claim with Access America since weather related emergencies are covered.

I purchased a 42" plasma 1080p Eyefi television a little over a year ago... Along with a 3-year in home extended warranty/service program. The TV performed marvelously during this time. They advertise a Bordeaux bedroom set with upper drawers on each of the furnitures for $999 on two flyers dated from October 08 to 22 2010. I have been billed for services/product I didn't use. 1and1 Internet has this scheme whereby the customer tests out a product, obtains their credit card, charges the customer a promotional rate (regardless of whether they use the service or not) for six months, and then automatically charges the customer for an additional six months even if they never used the product. My credit card company called me to verify two charges by Square Enix, Play Online. The first charge for $1, then one for $27. I have never heard of this site, nor have I ever visited this site.
The customer service person I spoke to explained that the first charge for $1 was to test to see if it would go through before they charged the $27. I'm so glad I have Chase, they caught it, called me, are going to investigate it, and, of course, I'm not responsible for it.

I like everyone else who reported this website ordered magazine subscriptions. I should have realized that the price was too good to be true. I have even appealed to my credit card company to no avail. This was a hard and expensive lesson learned. I thought I had done my homework but obviously I did a poor job on that.

I went on line to ask about dll problems. One that sounded interesting was Registrypatrol that can fix all your problems. I went through a rather long process to get my 'unlock code.' Tried many times to access the site and it never happened. Emailed the technical support site http://patrolsoftware.com/technicalsupport.html. Was told that it would take 1 to 2 days to get back to me. This has been over a week. My last email to them was to say that I would file a dispute with my bank. No response from that. I placed an order for groceries to help a family member in another state who lost a job and was in need. I found Groceries-Express.com and expected a great service since they ship Fed Ex (which cost me OVER $50 on $80 worth of food to ship!). The order was placed on 3.21.09 and didn't arrive until 4.01.09 and when it did arrive, items were missing, some items were ripped open and other items were completely moldy and went straight into the trash!
