i have accessed one or two sites when i was home on leave from iraq from may 25th to june 10th of 2007 now its nearly april 08 and im getting charged on over 15 web addressed im not logging into, ive called to cancle them, was told they were cancled but still getting charged and a few sites i was not aware of. this adds up, and me being in iraq where this isnt even noticed until i look at a bank statement 10 months later. its a problem and adds up to alot. read full review »

My mother and I went to the year end sale of Swarovski to buy some crystals. As there was a big queue of customers waiting outside we were only allowed to shop for 15 minutes. Stay away from Red Roof Inn. Particularly the one in Williamsburg, Virginia. We went for a vacation and checked out a day early. The bill was $247 and charged to a credit card for that amount. When I received the credit card bill, the amount billed by Red Roof Inn was $308. The corporate office refused to correct the charge saying it was the business of the franchise owner in Williamsburg. The Williamsburg Red Roof Inn refused to return phone calls. It's now in dispute with the credit card company. Clearly a bunch of crooks. And the room had a cockroach problem as well. Dollar Rent a Car called Ponderosa Tow to tow a vehicle for there location at Oxnard airport. Ponderosa Tow performed the service on 12-28-08. I was injured on the job working for a large photography studio. Gallagher Bassett refused to pay any bills or pay for health care I needed for a herniated disc in my back. Now after 2 years of no help from the company I settled for next to nothing with the company and now I just had surgery and am partially paralyzed in my leg and tremendous back pain because of lack of cooperation of gallagher bassett and a nationwide large photography company. I went to Ross for Less on Tunnel road in Asheville, NC today after i worked a 12hr shift. I was in line to make a return. I was behind a lady that had a purchase. Have had a personal loan with capital one for 60 months, the final payment was due 1/3/09, I called their auto telephone to see what the status of my account was, it did not match my records, so I called their customer service line and wow, what a mess, first of all no one I talked to could speak english, I had had my payment automaticly deducted from my bank for 59 months, no problems, I asked why my last payment was not taken from my bank and I was told I had to mail the final payment in as a letter had been sent to me. I got Riddex plus to get rid of bugs in my apartment, 2 months now and the bugs are still around. Now I have to smell the fumes of the spray. A company should not be allowed to sell a product without science proof about their claims. Instead of paid off statements from who knows who. I was waiting for three years to get DSL in my outland area, it finally became available late last year. I requested their ISP DSL service. However, I found out that after years of having no long distance service (did not want it or need it because I have cell phones) the automatically put me into their long distance service. My wife and I have received several debt collection calls in an attempt to collect an alleged outstanding bill with Sears Credit Card Services. The amount they give us is $49.++ They state that they have spoken to us on different occasions and that we know about the bill and that it has been reported to the credit bureaus. We bought our Platinium Collection home in 02/2007... we could go on forever about what has gone wrong since... here are some of the highlights. In 2002, we got Alarm-One security system installed in our home in Hoffman Estates (IL). The contract for the equipment was signed for 3 yrs, after which we were told we could cancel at any time. Overnight the contactor on our A/C unit outside shorted out causing the unit to continually run even though the air handler inside the house was off. I called Universal Air in the morning and they sent a technician out in the afternoon. Today, October 6, 2008, I had my Frididaire dishwasher repaired by Sears Home Services (Sears service order #:65914956). While the repair technician was on-time and courteous, I am absolutely livid about the $179.00 charge for essentially unplugging the drain hose. The time spent in my home was less than one hour and no parts were required. I expected the charge to be the $65.00 minimum house call fee, assuming that was the hourly rate. I just googled Kabin28 and read the report on this site from Larry in Wyoming. It sounds just like my experiences with Kyle at Kabin28. I spent approximately $450 on a neon clock he had advertised on ebay. Kabin 28 packed it improperly with all the cushioning on the metal bottom and left the neon with no protection whatsoever. I purchased a DVD that was advertised as training to ride Paso Fino Horses on their web site. It was an amatuerish pice of junk that is worthless. I was lied to several times by Deborah Goldman as to when it would ship - had to get PayPal involved before they shipped it. My wife and I just had Atlantic Remodeling install new windows in our home, and to be honest we don't really have anything to complain about. The workers couldn't have been more courteous and they left our home spotless when the work was done. Our biggest complaint about other contractors we used in the past was their lack of professionalism, but that was never an issue with Atlantic. Great experience from start to finish. I placed an order for some medications which were not received on a promised day or later. When I called their 1-800 number I was told I have a back order with no estimated date of delivery. I was told I CAN NOT cancel the order and get a refund. I asked to talk to a manager.
