I recently received a bill stating that I purchased an "Insider Pass" for 14.95 from an online purchase, under an odd 877-498-7283 number. When I looked up what the number was it was a hidden charge fee for "free shipping" from Newport-News.com. I think this is completely absurd because first of all I never got any Free Shipping whatsoever. And even if I did-they actually "secretly" charge you for it. I used FreeCreditReport.com on 10-1-10 and they stated it would cost me 14.95 plus 1.00 so I expected to and put a withdraw out of my checking account for 15.95. I get my bank statement and there is a $24.95 charge on the same day, plus the $15.95. Then on 10-12-10 there is another $14.95 charge, never went to the site that day. Then I get my next bank statement and on 11-10-10 there is another $14.95 charge to my bank account. Altogether that is $54.85 that should have never come out of my checking account. I had been a Wellness Plan client at Banfield Pet Hospital in Oxnard, CA for over two years when I decided to cancel the plan. I've gone to Midas for a while now, because I live down the street from it, but every time I go and get something done it ends up a catastrophe. I was contacted by this company promising 24/7 top of google search engine results for £140 a month on five national key words of my choosing. This is absolute nonsense and it is not possible unless it is an extremely unusual word! The company even claim to be licenced google resellers. I am a professional photographer with over 20 years experience and have owned dozens of Nikon products. Over the years I have attempted to take them to the Nikon Facility in Torrance for repairs. FP&L has been over charging me for sometime because of an issue with my meter. My meter is SUPPOSED to be the type that sends usage information to an FPL substation that then determines usage and does the billing. Back on September 3rd 2009. My daugher had her school pictures taken. She turned in the payment and proceeded with her pictures. The school gets the pictures back and my daughters pictures were not there. I spoke with her school and come to find out about 50% of the pictures never showed up. So I look on line and they never cashed the check and I have tried to get help with there customer service department with no luck. This company offers voice communication services as well as other things to consumers. It was hacked and the consumer was left without the service which they paid for. They have no one you can talk to. All you can do is submit a ticket (without getting any kind of response whatsoever). They state they are working on it. There is a board right above the LCD panel on my 46" TV amongst other numerous boards, which Samsung does not provide to its authorized repair shops. Verizon offered a $99 19" HD TV with their triple play. I got the service November, 2007 and here is is March, 2008 and no TV.
