The Kiyoseki Flat iron is a really good flat iron...until it breaks. The first flat iron I received did not even turn on. The replacement they sent me worked perfectly for about two or three months. All of a sudden, in the middle of my almost finished hair, the iron had an electrical short. That was the end of that. The good thing is that they are willing to send me my money as soon as I return the iron and the contents that were sent to me. This product is defective (as was demonstrated in my two flat irons.) Good-bye and good riddance Kiyoseki pro! read full review »

We have been in our trailer since 2000. Our loan originated with Greentree then sold to Conseco and then back to Greentree. I have only had to split my monthly payment up 2-3 times and have never had any problems until recently. I had became pregnant in 2006 to much surprise and had to take some time off because of some problems. Only missed about 1 mo. total of work until had baby in Aug. 2006 and then went back full-time in Oct. 2006. To even more surprise, found out I was pregnant again in April 2007. Started looking for daycare for kid... read full review »

Energy Plus Holdings
Oliver September 27, 2010
I also got baited in by Energy Plus - I noticed them because a business organiation I belong to, Support Services Alliance (SSA), sent a flyer out about Energy Plus. It really did sound like a great deal...until I got my third bill and the "intro" rate was gone - I switched 2 business accounts and my personal account and I went for an 11 month ride. I finally found a website that compared energy prices and it showed their price about half what they were charging me. When I got to the bottom of it, the intial rate quote is only a 2... read full review »

Very Unprofessional... damaged our stuff in the move by dragging if up cement stairs(rather than picking it up) and b/c they charge by the hour they take there time with the move(long restroom breaks, talking/texting on the phone)... when i call the manager(and it even got to the point where i talked to their branch manager) they denied everything and were really defensive. One of the damaged items was a suitcase, which ripped b/c they dragged it up cement stairs and the manager told me that it was only a suitcase and that it gets damaged in... read full review »

Wyndham refused to book a hotel for using points as I was under the 60 day wire, although I purchased the necessary points before the cutoff, and wyndham cashed the check that day. i had to wait 5 - 7 days for wyndham to put it in the system - I asked for an exception that would have been easy to accept - a check with supervisors revealed no flexibility - I sent a complaint letter to which I have yet to hear from them - bottom line - no service. Wyndham is et up to accommodate itself, rather than take care of its VIp clients.. read full review »

What a bunch of ambulance chasers. I have submitted a complete and detailed report to my PCP during my appointment. Capital One Prepaid
Angie May 19, 2009
I have a prepaid Visa from Capital One and it has not been in service since the end of November 2008. I tried to use it in Nov. and could not. No where was there any information as to me even having a card or available credit with the card. My last usage of the card left me with a balance of @ 14.00 and trying to get in touch with anyone about it was like pulling teeth. I just want to know why I am being billed $431.83 with a settlement offer of $215.92, when I haven't been able to use it . I understood that after 90 days of inactivity the offer goes to a $5.95 a month service fee, so where did the $392.00 come from? read full review »

We met with Jon Cannon their sales rep. who went over all of the charges and fees. We process with Quick Books and he assured us that there would be no problems interfacing directly with Quick Books. He also had us sign up for a lease on machines to process the credit cards. The company that suppodsedly interfaces with our Quickbooks did not, the machines they sent to us were shipped incomplete over the span of a month. Cheap, junky merchandise from mail order business. Rapid Rooters
ElMicron May 31, 2011
I called Rapid Rooters to explore a possible work opportunity they had advertised. The man on the phone was extremely condescending and said "Did you not read the ad? We need fluent English.". I have been assessed at CLB 9 and it is sad to see the attitude of some of these employers who have no respect for individuals and do their best to affect their confidence negatively. I do hope that this man is in the same position soon enough and realizes the trouble a job seeker goes through just to pick up the phone and call a prospective employer. This is a good learning and I would like to warn anyone who intends joining such an organization not to. read full review »

We bought our place 5 years ago and our contract was sold to Countrywide. We tried getting refinancing through them but was denied because someone had removed the HUD tags on the back of manufactured home. When the appraiser came out he told us that if we get an affidavit of a fixture that it should be enough but per Countrywide it wasn't. My question is: If we decide to sell the home our we going to be able to do so or our we going to be denied it because of the tags? Or is this something that is done in Arizona?
