I purchased a 3 year warranty on my Nikon Cool Pix 7600 Camera from Repair Tech. The company should rename themselves Rip-off Tech. The battry door clip broke (as many of them do come to find out) and I sent it to their 'authorised dealer' Precision Camera (no precision at tis company). I received an email from McAffee informing me, that my Anti Virus software will be automatically renewed within the next 30 days. The fact is, I do not have any McAffee on my computer since 2007. I recently purchased a $1022.00 pistol from this shop that was described on their site as including 3 20 round magazines, a standard oem package from the manufacturer. I recently had a problem with someone stealing my bank card info and using it at two gas stations in a state that I don't even live in. I ordered a $1700 gown from the Las Vegas store. I am nearly 6ft tall and was assured that the gown could be ordered with my hollow to hem measurements so the waist would fit properly. Just this week, 2 Dec I bought a gold & silver pine cone wreath from the Martha Stewart collection in K-Mart. I thought it was lovely but after hanging it on my door the problems began. Every time we opened the front door the pine cones would start falling off. The first time I had to use my hot glue gun to glue them on. I took out a $2,000 loan from "Think Cash" - an on-line loan business. Part of their agreement is that they send you e-mail reminders of when payments are due. For the first two months they did. My wife and I worked out an agreement with Citicorp that allowed them to automatically deduct our payment from our bank account each month. Citicorp did this all the way until the last payment. They did not take the last payment, and instead, sent us a notice that our payment was late. They attached a large late fee on to it and are now demanding this extra money. When we inquired as to why they stopped, they claimed that the arrangement had expired. Convenient. We told them that we would send them the original final payment only and be done with them. I bought a Bodum insulated porcelain tea mug, manufactured in China. The silicone material of which the insulating sleeve is made gives off a perceptible odor which becomes much stronger when the cup is filled with hot liquid. Combined Insurance is not the way to go if you want to work in the professional insurance business. They tell you they pay for everything as an employee for the company, this is not the case. You pay back the license fee with your first paycheck and monthly you pay for your bond. They will train you to sell policies as long as you can memorize and regurgitate, there is no thought process here.
