Nationwide Insurance Company will cancel your policy by saying you have a past due balance. That you probably don't have, then when you find out it's already too late to do anything. They will tell you the policy lapsed and you have to reapply for reinstatement, then they deny you coverage. In my case they new I had some recent health issues and would not qualify for a medical exam for reinstatement. At first myfax.com appears to be a reputable company, advertising and promoting a "free" trial, asking for your cc number, but states you may cancel within 30 days and there are no charges. We decided to try the "free " trial, and after 2 days, we cancelled, because we felt their plans would not work for us. After we cancelled . they immediatley submitted a charge for $25. which we are disputing. I received a letter from my existing mortgage company who stated "according to the terms of my mortgage you are required to maintain insurance coverage for your home from windstorm and hail". My mother purchased me a Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower in 2005. Every since I had the mower it has had to be repaired so many times that I can not even count.
