when you order from their website their order form has pre-filled out fields for additional product. You have to carefully scroll around and make sure they are all unchecked or you get the product. They offer no order confirmation before they capture and charge your credit card, so you don't see that you have inadverantly order other stuff - due to their site automatically filling it out "yes". they will refund the product price, but not S&H, which is about $15/item - a huge rip off for something coming by US postal service. read full review »

Purchased gold coins. Explained to the saleman that I was very impaired when reading numbers and that all numbers had to be verbally heard and disclosed. I mentioned real estate, 5 - 6 percent comission so I assumed it was in this range. Buried in the shipping and transaction agreement was the 29 percent negotiable commision. When I asked for the net worth of my investment after delivery it was instantly down 29% due to this commision which was front loaded and not VERBALLY disclosed as requested several times. Mike Schwartz was very rude on the phone and I was a loyal customer. I was overcharged and when I spoke to him about it he indicated that he would refund me but calls back went to voice mail and I never got anything back. Also one bottle was deformed and looked like the label was scraped off a little and the product smelled like it was old. I ordered an O. E. M. fuel pump assembly for a 2003 Suburban. I had to talk to a real person to place the order. The part arrived one day earlier than promised, I am impressed. Dropped the tank, removed old pump to discover the pump sent has the wrong electrical connections, not even close. Call them, lots of apologies will send replacement out ASAP. I have Hitachi AC. The electronic circuit board of AC got damage. I called Hitachi Authorized Mechanic to solve the problem. He replaced the circuit Board with new one. Do not buy investment insurance from this company especially if it is a huge policy. Since the economic blowout has hit and if you cannot pay the huge premiums, then you lose all you have paid in, which can be thousands and thousands of dollars, in my case over $34000, but a few lousey dollars. I contracted VOIP service with Atlas Voice (now called Think Simplicity). I used their service for one full year. At the start of service I paid a refundable deposit to receive an ATA hardware device required to use the service. Upon cancellation of my service I sent the company back their hardware device. They confirmed receipt of the device but stated it took me too long to return the device and refused to refund my deposit.
