I don't know where to start. They denied my Short Term Disability Claim. I believe it was in bad faith. They said I could work because I was able to sit in a chair. They ignored all of my symptoms and anything the doctor said, well they applauded the fact that he was in my court...but it didn't count. I couldn't resist the great financing and semi-quality couches when I walked into Mor furniture two months ago. I ended up purchasing a sectional couch that I was told would be delivered 15 days later. Since then my delivery date has been rescheduled 6 times. In addition, they bring part of the sectional so about every month I get one part of the couch. On top of it all I don't receive a phone call to tell me that my couch isn't being delivered. I just watched the America's Psychic Challenge for the first time. To me, this looked rigged. I work for an investigations company and this was not under "FCC guidelines". The show had nothing to do with the FCC. The FCC ontrols things like cursing. I found a site called the Wayback Machine to see her old predictions chich is open to anyone. Her notes and prediction were changed throughout the years. Seems like a little fraud going on here. Just think, out of 16 people chosen for the show Michelle won? I believe ASURION Insurance Company and Verizon Wireless are intentionally miss leading its customers. Today I had my phone (Motorola Q) examined by a Verizon Wireless technician. I was informed by the tech that the phone is malfunctioning beyond repair however I was insured through ASURION for phone malfunctions. He handed me an Asurion pamphlet for subscribers of Verizon Wireless phones with 'Terms and Conditions'. BE AWARE!!! The site EUROTEAM.NET IS A SCAM.. They same they are the number ONE company in Europe for tickets but it’s a lie. You pay them months in advance for a venue that when it comes time for the venue you have no tickets in your hands or the tickets they give you a half hour before the doors open is the cheapest seat while you have paid for a different category. This company simply DOES NOT CARE about you, the consumer. All they want is to take your money. Once they've got it, if you have any problems, oh boy, are you in for some fun. They will either take one of two courses: 1) ignore you, or 2) tell you lies to placate you as long as possible, and then revert to course #1. I was working with my business partner who had the Sam's Club membership and I ordered a pop-up canopy for our outdoor expos. I input my credit card information and the billing address was declined. I called the national call center and they told me it was because their online ordering system only uses the first five digits of the zip code, and NOT the zip + 4. I bought a healthmaster on August 1st. When it arrived it was broken. I called customer service to request a return label, they said they would send one and never did. I call again 3 different occasions each time getting the same answer. They are continiously charging my account for a piece of equiptment that NEVER worked and I have attempted to send back several times. This is a fraud and they are taking money from my account. After reading other Chase Credit Card complaints, I am glad I'm not alone, but at the same time, it's sad that Chase has not woken up to their horrible customer service. Our furnace stopped working during the night, and it was getting close to 11 degrees Celsius in our house - it was cold and it was getting colder; it was below freezing outside (we are North of Toronto) So we called Direct Energy who charged us C$135 for placing a service call; we had no problems with that. Refinanced with freedom Mortgage and when the signing docs arrived, the numbers were all different...much higher fees and a 1/2 percentage point higher interest rate. called Freedom, was told the guy working my loan was fired and he made mistakes on my loan. Was told to sign the papers and could rescind in 3 days if I wanted to. I use a lot of phone and fax services in my work and I'm always looking for great deals. Ring Central appeared to have good rates for phone and fax services so I was thrilled to try this service. What a dud that was! I think this is the WORSE service I have deal with in the past 10 years. Truly atrocious. I purchased a 15'X48" Round Metal frame above ground pool. The filter pump included in the package is the Krystal Clear Model 637R filter pump. This pump is only capable of filtering 1, ooo gal. per hour. It does not filter the proper amount in order to filter the water in the 4, 440 gal. pool. I have discussed this with several Professional Pool Companies and they all agree the GPH should be no less than 2500 gals. per hour. I called Intex, and was told point blank that the pump was fine. Went to Mastercuts in the mall. I was charged more than the posted price for the "Adult haircut, shampoo and Style" package. It was a shock and nothing is posted about the reason given but the haircutter told me that was only a starting price. I paid but price increases should be discussed prior to a cut. I have recently had my computer repaired when the problem was diagnosed. The technician explained the fault was due to my internet protection (MacAfee). The informed me that this was a problem that occurred within the company itself in that they accidently downloaded virus onto the website. He then informed me that anyone trying to update their computer with MacAfee would receive it also. Now, I am in need of money, and i went to AVIVA and requested for withdrawl of money... now, frustrating moment starts... i will be getting only 12,000 Rs. out of my 30,000 investment. AVIVA says that you dont get the amount, what you have invested but you will get only SURRENDERED AMOUNT that is 12000 Rs. against the investment of 30000 Rs. only.
