They won't follow up on collision claims when you have your car repaired under collision insurance. My cell phone has had issues over charging(pins bent) for 6 months now. Highlights - Chase double debited a charge on my account, charged me an overdraft fee. Apparently it happened to a large number of customers. I went to deposit money in my account this morning and discovered to my horror that most of the deposit was absorbed into an overdraft. I ordered the YOUTHOLOGY product to check it out. I meant to send it back, but had lost the packing slip. One month later, I received a Youthology charge on my bank statement for the same amount, although I had not requested another shipment. I was told, essentially, "tough luck".
