Jeevan Technologies
Burtay May 22, 2010
We hired a few fulltime resources through Jeevan Technologies for a brief period. They lied about availability, geographical location and experience level. We lost weeks of work and wasted weeks of time getting different resources up to speed. We canceled our contract. They have now posted a bunch of fraudulent complaints for us one example visible here http://www.complaints.com/2010/may/20/Non_Payment_and_Harassment_234099.htm I hope this experience helps others and your damages are prevented. Stay away from this company. read full review »

WellWorX
Old Member December 9, 2008
I saw another posting with this site on WellWorX in Memphis. I had similiar problems with them and it took getting a lawyer to get them to stop billing me and finally close my account as I requested. I actually enjoyed the club while I was there, although there were times that things went down a bit and services were inconsistent. All in all there are too many clubs to choose from and the experience I had with them has left a bad taste in my mouth...my situation was simple and it seemed that they were determined to push a situation that did not make since to me. I would not recommend them !! read full review »

Safelite Auto Glass
June 3, 2008
A couple of months ago my windshield was broken by rock on the highway. I had the windshield replaced through my insurance company - who uses Safelite (the Largo, FL office). I've had one other windshield replaced by them and another repaired, they did ok work. But this last time they replaced the windshield, they damaged the apilars, replacing them insecurely and now both have been blown off! I replaced the first one myself, thinking, hey, maybe it's a coincidence. But this morning the other apilar flew off while I was on the... read full review »

Mare was sold as sweet, friendly, and beginner safe. She is extremely hostile in a stall, ears flat, attempts to bite (and does) and threatens to kick (stayed away from that end). She is dangerous in the stall. No mention of this when bought, but found out later that the same horse had been sold before and returned for that very reason. They bought her back for less than half the original selling price and turned around and sold her again to us. They are making $ on this mare. The mare was always taken out of the stall rapidly upon our arrival... read full review »

We want to report on our experience with Page Parkes School of Modeling & Acting and Page 713 in Houston, TX: In August of 2007 our son decided he wanted to take a serious step towards an acting career (something he has been interested in most of his life) so we decided to contact the Screen Actors Guild to get a list of legitimate Agencies in our area. We emailed some head shots to Page Parkes Corporation and were contacted by one of their Representatives immediately to book an interview with him. We were told that he had great... read full review »

BP Gas Station
June 5, 2008
I went to this gas station on Monday June 2, 2008 to fill up my brand new Yukon XL Denili 2008. I paid about $130.00 and left. The next day my engine light came on so I took it to the dealership to see what was wrong with it and they told me that I put bad gas in the car. The gas I put in was mixed with water and they needed to drain it. They told me that they had to get all the gas out of the engine, and out all the places the gas runs to in my brand new SUV. They don't cover bad gas and now I have t0 come up with $600.00 after I just... read full review »

well First they make it sound like they are going to charge me $2 and something per month witch is what I prefer, but then they charge the 35.40 all at once. Then they don't have the information that I need and if I want to find out if I can look with the vital records office I also have to pay them additionaly. If that was not enough when I asked for a refund they ignored part of my email and only focused on the money part of my problem. I just want my money back and they can keep thier useless service!! read full review »

Oak Creek Cleaners
Carolinem May 12, 2011
I had a similar situation as the previous customer. They repeatedly returned clothes that appeared pressed but not cleaned. I sent them back for 're-do's' only to never see some of them again. 7 months ago I discontinued using them. I recieved a phone call from them last Saturday stating I had a white Theory blouse I needed to pick up. I told him I had been arguing with them over the loss of that blouse for ages. When I went on Tuesday they once again could not locate it! Avoid this place!!! read full review »

This company charges customers in all 50 states "local sale tax" by trying to make you believe they have physical facilities in all 50 states. I live in Alaska and while I seriously doubt they have any facilities in the state, they are charging me Alaska sales tax. Alaska has no sales tax. After informing themy of this fact, they still would not refund me the charge. They are adding to their revenues with these false charges at least in the 5 states that have no sales taxes, and probably in many states that while they may have state sales tax, this company doesn't really have facilities within that state as the law requires. read full review »

Miele
October 9, 2008
In Canada they will not sell Miele through dealers anymore. There new system is to go through their 'Service' line (1-800-565-6435). When you finally talk to someone they give you a run around about the correct part and when they finally send it... it is the wrong one. They don't want to supply you with any billing information and now I see why. It is a sad thing that such a great company is going down the tubes. I'm sure if we could ever get the right part, we would be happy with it. It is just the service in Canada is really horrible. read full review »

Today someone by the name of Johnathon (with a very thick middle eastern accent) called my home number, place of business, and home office number all within a few minutes. On the caller ID at my place of business the number came up as a local number, yet the caller gave our secretary the number 714-333-2950. The person (whom you could hardly understand) told our secretary that he needed to speak to either me or my attorney, and that I was going to be very sorry! I tried all day to call back. After asking 3 times with no answer I asked for a copy of my prescription. I was told because I wasted so much time "Hemming and hawing" the doctor was gone and could not sign it. I just ordered several trousers from this company who, by the way advertises heavily, in the American Legion Magazine and many other popular mags. The material or trousers, jeans, was thinner than a regular cotton shirt. The material was so thin it reminded me of the throw away clothes you use for painting. The buttons did not snap. One of the pockets was riveted to the outside, so you could not use it and yes, I had to pay $13.00 to return the items. What a scam. Do not buy here unless you are enjoy paying high price for very low quality. read full review »
