I was at a Chattanooga Arbys and a hungry couple came in and wanted to work for food. They looked pitiful and hungry. When they talked to the manager we over heard the conversation and we were so surprised he turned this man and pregnant woman away. How do you turn away hungry people? We recently ordered a bed and a dresser from one of Cymax's MANY sites. The dresser we received was damaged. We showed the damage to the delivery person but he still checked that the item was delivered in good condition. Because the damage was not noted on the delivery form, Cymax would not get a replacement for us. We called Cymax immediately after delivery to inform them of the damage and took pictures which clearly showed the item still mostly in the original shipping packaging. We bought a package from Special T and saved for 8 months to take our dream family vacation to the Bahamas. Special T made so many mistakes our vacation turned into a nightmare. We paid their extra costs for the cruise but wasn't allowed to leave the port because they failed to inform us of necessary documents. There were lots of surprise fees and they failed to record one traveller’s name on the documents so we had to pay twice. We paid for a two room suite - got a one bedroom for 5 people. I had viewed the TV advertisements for this firm, with Montel Williams as sponsor. The ad says just about everyone will be approved. I inputed my infor., including my social security number. When I submitted to see the terms of any potential agreement, within 2 seconds the website responede that I did not qualify. There is no way that could have been determined that fast. I did my transaction through Eztradein.com, which is owned by Dealtree. All my subsequent dealings were with Dealtree so that is why my review is here. Eztradein is Dealtree's service which buys back used electronics. I sent them a laptop, which had a quoted value of $200. I selected to receive a check and shipped my laptop. Upon receipt I got an e-mail that the hinge was cracked and it's value was only $99. There is no way it was cracked when I sent it, and there is no way it happened during shipping. PNC falsely listed my home as foreclosed and turned over legal rights of it to Freddie Mac. At first they denied making the mistake, and then they were slow at correcting it. As a tenant renting an apartment in Alfred NY we use the electric company NYSEG. First of they charged us for someone elses power useage. When we call about it all they could say was sorry you have to pay for it becuase they use your power even thought the meter reader read the worng meter for our apartment. HMS takes your $ and provides nothing but false promises and anguish in return. Contractually, there is no specific performance disclosed as to timeframe for them to take corrective action...they can take forever. My AC, manufactured in 1967, died. They have now spent 3 weeks looking for repair parts. Like that's going to happen. On the phone they are polite as they lie to you about elevating your claim or placing a rush on it and yet every time you call back you will get the exact same song sung to you. After company admitting they sent the wrong axle they refuse refund knowing that we had taken apart the axle they did pay for the return of product which was refused once it was there. Company only wants to refund the amount of money in which they have left over from our original purchase and wants us to have the axle returned to us and see what we can do with it. Carpet purchases was defective. Menards sent someone from the carpet mill, (shaw industries) to inspect the carpet, who said there was nothing wrong with it. The twist was coming out of it in less than three months & dents from tables & chairs do not rebound. Menards never sent a rep from there own company. I purchased a Wal-mart Money Card/ Visa Prepaid Card on Jan. 31, 2008 and I have tried calling to activate the card, twice; and to date I still cannot activate it. I, also, faxed information that was required to verify my address. Contracted May 25, 2010 for installation of a carport. Conditions of sale were with in 60 days. Gave 10 per cent deposit. I called many times for a schedule of installation always handed to a different person, none of which gave a damn. After 60 days no carport was delivered, I canceled the order, and asked for a refund of deposit. No refund, and no return calls. I finally spoke to a salesman who said their policy is no refunds. I've been receiving calls 800-684-8429 about 4 times a day. I work nights and these calls start from in the morning and go through out the day. I know i am behind my monthly, but it is only for this. Based in Melbourne, I booked tickets online at www.jetairways.com for BKK-CCU-BKK sector and due to the error of Jetairways online booking system, which didn't confirm the first booking, ended up with duplicate booking for the same sector. My credit card was charged Rs. 29,053.00 twice. I had the worst customer service experience with Charlotte Russe yesterday. First of all, I placed my first online order about a week ago on CharlotteRusse.com, only to avoid shopping in-store (some of the sales associates are quite rude).
