I am VERY upset with this site. I purchased my books on monday and paid 20$ extra to have them shipped within 2-3 days. I paid extra to have them shipped for a very specific reason and they did not deliver on the day they should have. I actually still have not recieved them 5 days later and noone will answer the phone or return my emails. This is some of the worst service I have ever encountered. This is a small amount to grumble about I know, but how they have done things has really ground my gears. I got a 3V card to purchase a game from them and credited the account with £20 to make a £19.99 purchase, ( free postage BTW ). When checking the order status I then found the card had been refused because a £1 test charge had been taken and there were now insufficient funds to cover the purchase. I have been a client of Transworld Systems for 5-6 years with mediocre results. I submitted an account which was forwarded to the phase II CMS. In the meantime, the client returned to my office with an emergency medical situation and paid her bill. I informed Transworld Systems that she paid her bill. I received a bill from Transworld for 1/2 due per our contract. I spoke with several representatives at the company and told them that I did not feel that TWS had done anything to collect that payment. I have paid the bill but am pissed. Beware of the contracts. when you order from their website their order form has pre-filled out fields for additional product. You have to carefully scroll around and make sure they are all unchecked or you get the product. Purchased gold coins. Explained to the saleman that I was very impaired when reading numbers and that all numbers had to be verbally heard and disclosed. I mentioned real estate, 5 - 6 percent comission so I assumed it was in this range. Buried in the shipping and transaction agreement was the 29 percent negotiable commision. When I asked for the net worth of my investment after delivery it was instantly down 29% due to this commision which was front loaded and not VERBALLY disclosed as requested several times. Mike Schwartz was very rude on the phone and I was a loyal customer. I was overcharged and when I spoke to him about it he indicated that he would refund me but calls back went to voice mail and I never got anything back. Also one bottle was deformed and looked like the label was scraped off a little and the product smelled like it was old. I ordered an O. E. M. fuel pump assembly for a 2003 Suburban. I had to talk to a real person to place the order. The part arrived one day earlier than promised, I am impressed. Dropped the tank, removed old pump to discover the pump sent has the wrong electrical connections, not even close. Call them, lots of apologies will send replacement out ASAP.
