I signed up with Regus in May 2010 with a 1 year agreement. I was told a lot of different things that did not add up in my first billing cycle. The Area manager Judy is very misleading. This is a company in China that sells clothing, shoes, and video games, so they say. When you order your items, they send everything incorrect or not at all. I have never in my life seen a bank that thinks it is good business to steal their customer's money. I had overdrafted myself recently with Wachovia. Warranty Direct is a scam company. I spent $1300.00 purchasing their top of the line extended warranty. My altenator went out and was repaired by an authorized dealer. Coverage was in order, the part was a covered part, and the repair facility was an authorized facility...yet Warranty Direct DENIED the claim. My loan was taken over by Cenlar from Taylor, Bean, and Whittaker. They sent me a letter telling me that and said they had included a temporary coupon to make my payment. No coupon was in the envelope. I made a payment to the payment address with the new account number on it and after two weeks it has not been cashed. I have tried to reach them by phone for over a week and all I get is a busy signal. This is a very frustrating situation! I don't know where to start. They denied my Short Term Disability Claim. I believe it was in bad faith. They said I could work because I was able to sit in a chair. I believe ASURION Insurance Company and Verizon Wireless are intentionally miss leading its customers. Today I had my phone (Motorola Q) examined by a Verizon Wireless technician. I ended up purchasing a sectional couch that I was told would be delivered 15 days later. Since then my delivery date has been rescheduled 6 times. I was working with my business partner who had the Sam's Club membership and I ordered a pop-up canopy for our outdoor expos. I input my credit card information and the billing address was declined. I called the national call center and they told me it was because their online ordering system only uses the first five digits of the zip code, and NOT the zip + 4. Refinanced with freedom Mortgage and when the signing docs arrived, the numbers were all different...much higher fees and a 1/2 percentage point higher interest rate. called Freedom, was told the guy working my loan was fired and he made mistakes on my loan. Was told to sign the papers and could rescind in 3 days if I wanted to.
