Contracted May 25, 2010 for installation of a carport. Conditions of sale were with in 60 days. Gave 10 per cent deposit. I called many times for a schedule of installation always handed to a different person, none of which gave a damn. After 60 days no carport was delivered, I canceled the order, and asked for a refund of deposit. No refund, and no return calls. I finally spoke to a salesman who said their policy is no refunds. Based in Melbourne, I booked tickets online at www.jetairways.com for BKK-CCU-BKK sector and due to the error of Jetairways online booking system, which didn't confirm the first booking, ended up with duplicate booking for the same sector. I have had the worst experience for Service levels with APC in Bangalore. I urge everybody not to buy APC products, just because of the Service apathy. I stayed at a quality in where the halls were dirty, rooms to maintenance were open and visible, the pool was dirty, little to poor maintenance visible in pool area, the breakfast area was poorly staffed, not clean, and overall just sub standard for close to $100 per night. As has been noted by others, Holiday Inn's reservation policy is not friendly to business travelers. Despite attempting to cancel my reservation well in advance they refused to let me do so. Not only that but the customer service person was rude. Eventually a manager promised I could move my reservation to a later time with the hope that another employee of my company could use it. This puppy had sarcoptic mange I faxed Jessica from puppyfind documents from the vet stating the puppy had mange. I was very upset when this message was then removed. With the economy the way it is, be on your toes for these types of offers.
