Vanderbilt Mortgage Company
Marcus March 8, 2009
I got my mobile home through them in November of last year. BIG MISTAKE! Since the beginning, the amount owed has been wrong. I have asked them several times, Jessica and Ashley, they say that it has to be put that way, and everything is fine, even though they put down that I owed November. I have a contract that clearly states that the payments were to start in December. I later got behind of $200 due to my disability check getting messed up. Now they say I owe $1, 484.00, and sent a letter to me, and said that they were going to foreclose on... read full review »

International Timeshare Network
international timeshare Scam October 19, 2010
Bogus company. They just took my money and ran. They said they had a buyer so I "advertised" my wyndham timeshare with this bogus company. No surprise absolutely no results. They said they had a buyer and told me all the things I wanted to hear until I gave them my credit card number. Now all i get is the run around. someone needs to investigate this fraud. I dont know how they operate in Fl. I called the bbb and they said ITN was not suppose to charge my card upfront. Wyndham doesn't know this company and is looking into ITN. Is there anything I can do? Please let me know. We need this money. read full review »

Sent me a strange letter which made me wonder how they got my name and address. They said members of their associated had reviewed my profile. I felt this was strange and freighting. I hope someone can stop them. I went onto the web and researched this only to find this group has been sending these letters out for many years. This should be against the law. I saved a copy of the letter and would be willing to help in anyway to stop this from happening to others. I was so glad to read what others have said who were also sent this letter. I just ordered several trousers from this company who, by the way advertises heavily, in the American Legion Magazine and many other popular mags. The material or trousers, jeans, was thinner than a regular cotton shirt. The material was so thin it reminded me of the throw away clothes you use for painting. The buttons did not snap. One of the pockets was riveted to the outside, so you could not use it and yes, I had to pay $13.00 to return the items. What a scam. Do not buy here unless you are enjoy paying high price for very low quality. read full review »

Let me start off by saying the fries in this place taste as if someone fished them out of the garbage of McDonalds. Sometimes I find hair in the food.. leaving me to wonder if my food touched the floor and the lady at the front that is suppose to greet you and bring you to your table acted like she was from outerspace and was very spastic about where to sit my party... did I mention it took her 25 minutes to arrive at the front to sit me and this was a night when no one was in the place... DHF agreed to pay me 'x' amount of money for my small chain of fitness franchises in two equal payments. They paid the first half but then refused to pay the second half. They said ALL the clubs were 'non-performing' franchises and that's why they don't owe me the money. I have signed letters from the owners of each club stating that they ARE performing clubs. We went to City Auto Wholesale around 2 weeks ago and purchased a 1993 Acura Integra from Chuck. We were merely looking for a second vehicle to get us around, that we could pay off quickly and use while we reestablished our credit. The day we purchased the car, the battery was dead. They told us it had been sitting for a while and there was nothing wrong. We trusted them. The car seemed alright. It has high miles, but Acuras are very reliable cars. I sincerely regret that I have to write this letter. I think it is my duty as a consumer to advise you of the events that occurred with your airline employees at McCarran International airport on June 25, 2006.
