I vistied the Jennifer one hour after my sleeper sofa was delivered to complain about 4 issues. One the speical mattress i paid extra for was filthy and ink all over it, bent and not recoverable, spring to bed not callibrated to lay flat and lastly the seat cushions do not line up with the back of the sofa, there is a big gap. I took my car into Goodyear for repairs. They told me that if I sign up for a Goodyear credit card I would not have to pay the bill for 6 months. Sketchers are sooo expensive and I used to buy them 3 years ago for my kids - they would actually last the entire school year. But in the last few years they have been falling apart with VERY POOR quality! I bought some for the whole family this summer and two pairs look old and the shoe lace backings are falling off. In light of global warming it is disgusting to see the Greyhound buses idling hours on end. I live behind a Greyhound bus station and there is a big sign in the station's window asking the bus drivers to turn off their buses. This does not always happened. The continuous idling disrupts my sleep and the exhaust filters through my windows often setting off my fire alarm. I also have an ongoing issue with this same company, I ordered a beverage cooler in 06/2010 after several (5-6) weeks it arrived. Upon opening the unit, my contractor noticed that the unit looked like it had been dropped since the door hinge was out of alignment and the corners were dented in.
