I made a mistake and purchased tickets to the Disney on Ice Nemo show in the wrong city. I live in Denver and somehow purchased tickets for Minnesota. I called Ticketmaster.com and they told me they could not do anything for me. They were not willing to refund or exchange the tickets. It tooks 3 calls to get to talk to a supervisor, the first and second time I got hung up on when I asked for a supervisor and the final time the supervisor was unsympathetic and was not willing to do anything. I am not going to use ticketmaster.com anymore which is going to be hard since I have a 4 year old and ticketmaster.com has a monopoly on the ticket sales business. read full review »

I made the mistake of giving my credit card number to these people and now they have charged me over $500 of my hard earned money and I have yet to receive a refund. I have returned all of their stuff to them and have filled out their refund slips but haven't received any kind of refund as of yet. It has been over 2 months since I realized that this was a scam and requested a refund. My compalint is specifically against Ms. Bharat Motors service centre, located at Mancheswar Industrial Estate at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
I took my Hero Honda Passion pro MC for 2nd FREE servicing after advance booking at the authorised service centre on 26.10.09.

Agency of Indane Gas in Asal Durg building, Jaipur, Rajasthan, is not bothered to attend phones, doesn't care for honoring bookings, is selling cooking gas in black, is indulging in malafide business practices. I purchased Nokia-6233 GSM handset from M/S Bhushan General Store, Bathinda vide Receipt No 451 dated 01-08-06 who further purchased it from M/S Star Telecom, Bathinda vide receipt no 78 dated 01-08-06 against one year guarantee.
The said handset went out of order in March-2007 i.e. just after 7 months after purchase. It was shown to Nokia Care Centre, Hanuman Chowk, Bathinda. I recently can across a website claiming a free 30 day of a tablet containing the acai berry. All I was told I had to pay was the postage of $3.95. I thought great I might give this a trial. Two days after I purchased the free trial I have looked at my bank statement and an extra $84.28 was also taken out. I want this money back as soon as possible. is supplying the gas on it, s dictating terms. Some days after the date of bill by detaining at their level. They are insisting to receive the cylinder without weighing. On requesting them they insist to receive from their store yard which is not per rules as well I am being retired man Ican not lift the load.

I bought an HTC Touch (3450) phone 3 days ago.It automatically shut down yesterday all of a sudden and now doesn't start!!? It doesn't even get charged anymore. There is nothing I can do... for this phone to come to life ! When I went to the dealer from where I purchased it, they said replacement from their side is only done within 48 hours. A brand new phone dies without any reason in 3 days and I now have to go to the service center to get it repaired! Please suggest a way to get it replaced by the manufacturer smb. I purchased unicorn in November 2007 in Saphire Honda, J.P.Nagar, Ban and found problem with the mono suspension.At the time of delivery they said unicorn comes with 1 year warranty. When I reported my problem to them, they repaired it, even for the second time again they repaired it and said if again problem arises it will be replaced, but for the third time they said that suspension is not covered under warranty. I ove the way this dealership downgrades my truck, recently purchased for almost $5000.00 to a worth of only $1500.00. They devalue my trade, give me a small discount to not repair the vehicle I am purchasing, and it costs me a small fortune to bring their van, now mine, up to reasonable standards. I am a returning customer, trying to send money to the same person on record with them.
I wanted to use a different card and a group of questions was put to me. Answered all of them. The message came that I have to call WE. I called them and on top of all the questions they want to know my social sec. number and who do I pay the mortgage to and how much. Are they stupid? What is next?
After that I could not even use my old card. Had to go to the nearest location and bring cash.
Unfortunately there is no competition. I would newer use them again. Monday I am selling their stock, I do not want to hold on to the company that is being run by idiots. read full review »

I knew they have a pre-existing conditions clause and I faxed them my letters of credible coverage like they asked for. in July I was laid off from my job where I had United Healthcare for two years. After notifying Mystic Stamp Company in writing not to send anymore items for review, I once again received more of their product. Upon receipt I called and spoke with a representative. I informed them that I no longer wanted anything to do with their company and would be returning their products. The representative said that it would be noted on my account. A friend invited me to join her "tagged" group. I read through all of their policies and it looked legit. I then provided my cell phone to register. They sent me a confirming text and then all hell broke loose. I started getting horoscopes sent to my cell in the form of text messages from "40544". I submitted all of my forms correctly, they did not update status for long time. When I e-mailed them 2 days later they denied for the same reason everybody is complaining about. I did not submit everything, which was not true. I attached documents with my e-mail and sent them again, which they totally ignored. I ordered wedding ribbon from this company. Three weeks later, I was still waiting for my order. They have no number to call, I had several unanswered emails. The site had a live (I use that term loosely) chat operator, Josephine. She tried to double talk me, first it was in printing because they made an error, then she changed the story to say it was shipped. She didn't know when but it was lately according to her.

I am writing to explain an ongoing problem that I have had in trying to obtain a replacement pump Model 635 from an Intex 24 X 12 pool set that I purchased June 3rd, 2007 at a Canadian Tire store in Canada.

I have been scammed by oDesk resource. Be very careful while hiring any resource on oDesk (virtual assistant, blog poster, programmer - anything). I had hired this person in November 2009 but didn't give him in assignment (his allowed working hours specifically said "0"). Not only do I AGREE with the other complaints about poor service and problems understanding the customer service reps. In addition, I'd like to add that it took THREE separate attempts, TWO sim cards and almost TWO WEEKS to transfer my phone # to my Net 10 phone. I received a call from a guy saying that I received a payday loan from them in October of 2008 and that I owed them $300.00 or they were going to sue me for $4000.00. The guy quoted my name, bank name, ss# and the name of two of my relatives. He even called my old boss in an attempt to reach me. He called me several other times when I told him that I was not going to pay him and that I did not know what he was talking about or how he even got my information.
