Purchased software to see what it could do. It does nothing. Most of the items on there menu are just short cuts to utilities that are provided for you by your operating system. I only tried it because of the 'No Explanation 30 Day Money Back Guarantee'. Do not fall for this. You will not get your money back. I had Alarm Force system and did 3 yr contract. I wanted to end the service early as i was moving so sent my system back early. Several months later Alarm Force states they never received everything. So I am being billed $291.36 and was sent to collections. I pay all my bills and have excellent credit. This is harrassment. I do not recommend Alarm Force at all. I ordered a T32 CECT phone, said BRAND NEW (order number 32833), came in used. It came with scratches on the back cover, near the screen, and near the camera lens. They wont compensate me, they wont let me return it(despite their return policy), and they only want to replace the back cover(doesnt solve the scratches on the screen or the scratches on the camera). The web site says they have been in business for 16 years, but their domain name was registered 6 days ago. A reverse dns shows their ip's are registered in Malaysia. My god, I wish I had checked out your website before I got mixed up in Pergo laminate flooring. I had it installed in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. It is impossible, absolutely impossible, to keep looking nice. Absolutely every time anyone (or my pets) walks on it, it must be wiped and buffed. I notice this complaint is common.
