I received an email on my computer that I had spy ware corupting my computer and that I needed to install their program. I tried to delete it but it was to late it had already spread to the boot sector of my drive. To make a long story short, by the time I was done cleaning my computer again with a very strong virus program their anti spy program had installed 23 vriuses onto my computer. I placed an order via internet on 1/03/2009 and the next day I received an order confrimation from this company stating my order would be shipped as soon as possible. Well my Mom did like the Jacket and it arrived in average time. However, I decided to purchase it from shop.com because it was the cheapest price and it was only the cheapest because of $10 off. I have now washed them three times to try to get the gas smell out of them and the third time--before I have even used them-- all of the sewing on the top of the sheets is coming out.
